Enjoyed my time here
August 5, 2021I lived here for a year and only have minor complaints. Water would drip from the upstairs apartment but maintenance was super friendly and came by to fix it within a day or two. I did see some bugs upon first moving in! I estimate around 7 total with my year here. I did some of my own pest control since the property pest control only sprayed little to virtually none of my apartment. The power stayed on during the winter storm but the fireplace was a huge plus. The neighbors are hit or miss. most ...of them are friendly. The police came around at least once a month with their lights on. Renter Beware
July 8, 2020Stayed here a year. Pros. Quiet. Next to lots of attractions like Six Flags & The Cowboys Stadium. Cons. Management changes often and they are money driven. Be prepared to get charged for a carpet cleaning no matter how spotless you leave the home. They will do anything to get out of paying a security deposit back. Also there was MURDER on the property during the time I lived there. A resident and guest got into an altercation. It freaked a lot of residents out. Management sent out an email ...advising they could put additional locks on our home for an additional charge. Like that’s your response to a murder happening on your property?! DONT MOVE HERE
September 22, 2019I just moved here 9/12 It’s been so many roaches in my home I’ve constantly complained about it and pest control came out, but there’s been nothing resolved. I can’t properly cook a meal without a roach coming out. I’m not Interested in living here anymore there’s roaches in the kitchen , closet, & bathroom. I keep everything clean and there’s still an issue constantly . I don’t recommend it I have a little boy it’s super disgusting here!Review from Apartments.com
Too many water issues!
September 21, 2018Move here if you want to experience a water shut off 1-3 times a month. A couple of times a month there is always some kind of emergency leak. Either it's the apartments fault or the city of Arlington. Sometimes the water is shut off for a couple of hours or it could be from the evening until the next morning/afternoon. The leaks happen at times when families are at home and water is definitely needed. It doesn't make any sense why this keeps happening. I've been living in apartments for a very ...long time and these are the only apartments that I have experienced this with. I've had enough of this, I will be moving soon.Property Manager Responded
December 6, 2018Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review. We understand the frustration when it comes to water or any utility having to be off or out with little or no notice. Unfortunately, we do have emergencies within our community that require a water shut off. We also do not have any control or input on when the City of Arlington turns the cities water off. These emergency repairs are not taken lightly and we only shut down the water when there is a repair needed to maintain the comfort of our residents. We are looking at ways to help inform you as soon as possible when there is an emergency or scheduled time of anything being down or off. We will continue to work at doing a better job of this. I cant wait to move out
June 4, 2018I have been living here since December 2017 and I can't wait for my lease to end. Since I have lived here I have to get many things fixed such as the AC, roof, kitchen sink, lighting, freezer, and a few other things. For most of the thing that has needed to be fixed I have had to put in many work orders to finally get it fixed properly. These apartments try to take the cheap way out by not fixing what is broken properly. My roof still leaks when it rains and I have asked them to fix it since we ...moved in. My AC is set at 72 and the temp in my apartment is 80 plus all they did was come change the air filter which did not fix the problem. In my option the things that have needed to be fixed were things that should have been done before I moved in. The only thing this apartment fixed before I moved in was repainting so they could cover up the black mold in the bathroom!! I also do not like the way this apartment is run. My spouse's job did not pay him properly which caused us not to be able to pay rent on time. I had many papers proving this and the apartment still refused to wave the late fee for rent which is $50. November 15, 2017The leasing agents Robin and Jada are always so helpful and friendly when I need assistance with anything (it's always nice having good management but don't forget your I'd when getting a package) . Stay away!
November 7, 2017I have lived here for 1.5 years, and while the apartments seem nice, I have had nothing but issues. Cons: I have had constant problems with ants, roaches, and rats; in the past few months alone, rats have gnawed holes everywhere and the pest control is a joke. There is only one maintenance person, and although he is nice, if it is not an emergency it will take awhile to be seen. Residents do not pick up after their dogs. The gym is not very big. Pros: It is usually quiet and the apartments are ...close to Six Flags, the ballpark, and Cowboys stadium. The people in the office are nice. Bad Customer Service, Nice Area-Do NOT recommend
April 5, 2017Rude, unprofessional managerial staff who is all about money. A year and a half with no problems or late payments.Then they changed their payment system and some mishap happened (which they can't explain) and I get an eviction notice on the very 1st day my payment is late! The staff in the office has changed multiple times which speaks volumes about the people they work for. The kitchen is so small and setup strangely to the point where you can only open the refrigerator if you're standing on the ...left of it/outside of the kitchen. All of the cabinets are badly painted with black paint that looks like child's work. Outside storage molded in and was told by maintenance that it's going to just be like that when it rains and I need to just pull the door a little harder. Peaceful Stay!
August 19, 2015If you're a Rangers and Cowboy fan, well this is the place for you! the apartments are in walking distance of the Rangers and Cowboy stadium. Great scenic area; Six Flags, The Bowling Museum, awesome restaurants and more! The apartment living is home away from home for me; I still have that country girl feeling. The pool area is like paradise. Just to sit by the pool side and watch the planes as they fly into the midnight skies are exquisite.Review from Apartments.com
