Unprofessional experience! Disappointed.
February 5, 2022If I can give the apartment no stars I would. Patrick is a very nice person but they are not as professional as I would have liked. I was not sent the terms of my lease prior to being charged a holding fee. I had to find out I was charged via my bank statement balance. I did not receive an email or a receipt. Next think I know received an email stating that my security deposit amount has increased significantly. I called the leasing office to ask for my money back because I did not approve ...the charges based on the lease terms and Patrick was very unpleasant this time. Advice to ALL future residents! Please make sure you receive everything in writing! Do not let Braxton Apartments Knicks and dime you and charge you money without your proper and official consent!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
