    Convenient location close to everything. The pool and gym are nice, but common areas are not well maintained. This place is not good value for the rent. The unit finishes and appliances are basic at best. Management is unresponsive with poor communication. Maintenance is slow, and their 24/7 emergency service has failed me twice. The Luxor package system is unreliable, with many packages left unsecured on the floor. Noise and smoke travel easily between units. I would not recommend leasing here.

The thought my year here, I’ve had nothing but a great place to call home.     well tailored activities and their warm hospitality. The manager Dan and his wonderful team of Mikael, Sarah, Emy, Stephanie, Ariel and Silas, have done a wonderful job of making this place feel like home for me. The amenities are spectacular and you can never get bored, coupled with the most convenient location to live in terms of work and restaurants! Needless to say I am grateful to be here and here’s to Renewing another year!

    We have rented and apartment at Brea in Lakewood Ranch and it is a little like staying at a hotel. The apartment is new and nice. The amenities are what makes it feel like a hotel. There is a great swimming pool, a few areas for relaxing inside or outside. There are many activity areas for playing a game of pool, Bocce ball, Corn ball, etc. or cook on the outdoor grills provided by Brea. Everyone is very supportive. We needed a few items attended to when we moved in and support was there ...
