Although I enjoy the pool, study room, and workout room, the constant stolen packages, random water shutoffs, rodents, and potential mold, have made my living experience at Breakpointe Coronado very uncomfortable and frustrating at times.

Mostly okay, a few complaints here or there but the staff are pretty helpful and fix most of the issues. Maintenance does tend to just barge in whenever they feel like it which is not okay, hence why I’m docking an extra star.

Pretty good honestly. Besides the maintenance requests they said they would be back to finish up the bathroom but never did but besides that everything has been good.

Somewhat overpriced, but it gets the job done. The bathroom wasn’t anywhere close to clean upon moving in, and several surfaces were collecting mold, but my roommate and I were able to clean the place up and make it work

Nice communal amenities but disappointing quality of apartment buildings. The apartment doors have issues with alignment and the cabinets are constantly damp. Additionally, the windows are always foggy and the blinds collapse when you look at them from the weight of the water. The office staff are very helpful and friendly which is a highlight.

Pretty okay, a lot of things were crooked/needed to be touched up but other than that it’s acceptable. The only issues we have is with the mail area being so exposed and parking being so excessively expensive for the rent being already so pricey.

Fine. The fridge broke twice, and the heater keeps emitting a weird chirping noise, as if there are crickets living in it. Otherwise service is fine.

Breakpointe has lots of wonderful amenities for their residents to enjoy. I love the wide range of options provided, like the gym and study rooms. Another factor of living at breakpointe are its noisy and messy residents. Each morning I wake up to see new trash scattered across the floor, stairs, etc. At least one person at all times is blasting house music, and not the good mix it yourself real dj kind, the pre mixed weird kind. I wish they’d switch it up a bit, maybe that would be more ...

this is my second year at breakpointe. i really enjoy living here a lot. the ambiance is very nice and the community is very friendly. the only problem that i have is things breaking a lot in my unit. but tod is very helpful and fixes things right away.
