October 31, 2025The neighborhood is usually quiet and feels safe. The apartment itself is decent basic furniture, enough space, and good natural light. Maintenance takes some time to respond, but they usually fix things in the end. The rent is a little expensive for what you get, but it’s not too bad compared to other places nearby. The staff are nice, though communication could be better sometimes. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s a reasonable place to live if you just need somewhere convenient and ...comfortable enough.Property Manager Responded

It’s much more spacious for a 4 person apartment with 2 double rooms that the other apartments in the area are, and for a better price than some of the others.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2025I live in IV and Break Point Coronado is hands down one of the best spots around. Super good energy, great food, and the staff always make it feel welcoming. It’s the kind of place you can hit for a chill dinner, watch a game, or grab drinks with friends and end up staying way longer than planned. October 29, 2025When I moved in, there were some issues like ants, broken light and refrigerator that took a week to fix. Since then, it’s been great, lively, nice neighbors and good place to live. Parking is a little pricey and street parking isn't great. I set up my own Wi-Fi and pay for laundry but overall I do recommend living here.Property Manager Responded
