February 20, 2026Mostly okay, a few complaints here or there but the staff are pretty helpful and fix most of the issues. Maintenance does tend to just barge in whenever they feel like it which is not okay, hence why I’m docking an extra star.Review from Apartments.com

February 1, 2026Nice communal amenities but disappointing quality of apartment buildings. The apartment doors have issues with alignment and the cabinets are constantly damp. Additionally, the windows are always foggy and the blinds collapse when you look at them from the weight of the water. January 1, 2026Breakpointe has lots of wonderful amenities for their residents to enjoy. I love the wide range of options provided, like the gym and study rooms. Another factor of living at breakpointe are its noisy and messy residents. Each morning I wake up to see new trash scattered across the floor, stairs, etc. At least one person at all times is blasting house music, and not the good mix it yourself real dj kind, the pre mixed weird kind. I wish they’d switch it up a bit, maybe that would be more ...enjoyable.Property Manager Responded

December 14, 2025Noise level is great, never really hear anything. The staff is sort of helpful depending on what you need, but you really have to push for what you want. My unit was not clean prior to move in so just be prepared incase it is not. The blinds are very old and will need to be replaced by maintenance.
