February 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMostly okay, a few complaints here or there but the staff are pretty helpful and fix most of the issues. Maintenance does tend to just barge in whenever they feel like it which is not okay, hence why I’m docking an extra star.

The apartment doors have issues with alignment and the cabinets are constantly damp. Additionally, the windows are always foggy and the blinds collapse when you look at them from the weight of the water. Another factor of living at breakpointe are its noisy and messy residents. Each morning I wake up to see new trash scattered across the floor, stairs, etc. At least one person at all times is blasting house music, and not the good mix it yourself real dj kind, the pre mixed weird kind.
