December 14, 2025Noise level is great, never really hear anything. The staff is sort of helpful depending on what you need, but you really have to push for what you want. My unit was not clean prior to move in so just be prepared incase it is not. The blinds are very old and will need to be replaced by maintenance. October 31, 2025The neighborhood is usually quiet and feels safe. The apartment itself is decent basic furniture, enough space, and good natural light. Maintenance takes some time to respond, but they usually fix things in the end. The rent is a little expensive for what you get, but it’s not too bad compared to other places nearby. The staff are nice, though communication could be better sometimes. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s a reasonable place to live if you just need somewhere convenient and ...comfortable enough.Property Manager Responded
