Poor, outdated apartments.
May 31, 2023Apartments are dated, AC/Furnace's breaking all the time as that old. Amenities ... There has been a notice on the 2 broken elliptical's in the small gym, for over a year now, saying two new ones have been ordered, and just waiting for them to be delivered. Delivered from where, Mars? Pool is always closed as has never been maintained, and now they wonder why they have so many problems with it. Mail room ... Good luck with your packages, only a few lockers, and always full, rest of the ...packages are then list lettered all over the floor, and most are just stolen. Locks never changed, so had previous tenant just walk into my apartment with a key, looking to pick up his mail and forgot things he had left .... I've been living here 15 months!!! Near end of lease, enjoying peace
September 17, 2019Nearing the end of my lease. Regardless of a long, very rough day at work I feel at peace when I come home to my 1 bdrm. So much warm sunshine fills my unit by day. By night, i enjoy the cozy feel of home with crown molding near the ceiling. I know my neighbor below had trouble due to flooding from rain. Leasing office helped by allowing her to stay at another Richdale property, furnished, until her unit was dried out. I've read reviews that were in the last couple months online, finding it ...kinda hard to believe. Simply because my experience with the staff, as well as the building maintained has been well within reason, if not top notch. I personally have not experienced any of the extreme issues/ concerns I had read about. I have asthma, coughing at night from small amounts of smoke from neighbors, but that is not uncommon in apt living. I remedied that in purchasing a high quality air purifier?Property Manager Responded

Love living here
August 15, 2019The office staff is AMAZING. They are top of everything and extremely friendly. The maintenance crew, is great and quick to get thinks addressed that need to be. They have had to move our furniture to get a new dryer in, and moved our stuff back, right to where we had it. Never leave a mess. The property is in a great location. I have now lived at Breckenridge for over 2 years. Just moved from a 2 bedroom to a one bedroom on this same property. Both are spacious and extremely nice. Amenities ...include pool, weight room, valet trash and a newly added fenced dog run. I'll be staying for awhile.Property Manager Responded

Great Place
July 18, 2018The people in the office are on top of everything. They are happy and friendly and go out of there way for you. The property is clean and neat and landscaped very well. Anything that needs attention is fixed promptly and the maintenance people are always polite and take off shoes so as not to dirty the place.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
July 24, 2015We have lived here for a year and a half. We have never had any issues. Maintenance is always fast and clean up after done with their work. Office staff is awesome and very friendly! Located in a nice quite part of Omaha.Review from Apartments.com
