March 31, 2016Nice, quiet neighborhood. Not too many kids so it's perfect for single people and couples without kids. The only downside is they hike the rent way up to renew a lease. Seems crazy for an apartment when a mortgage isn't much more. Good tenants are hard to find so why run them off?Review from Apartments.com
