October 24, 2018I've been living here for about 5 yrs. And there has been a lot of management turn over, but I'm starting to see such a great improvement within this Community under this new manager! Property is being update to keep up with the new market and I'm loving it! Overall I've not had any major issues living here! Waiting to see what the future holds! Worst apartments ever!
April 25, 2017They won't fix anything and lie about everything. They have a revolving door of managers, so when you call them on their lies, they blame it on the last person. There is mold, flooding, stains, and a myriad of other problems they won't fix. I cannot say enough about this place, but avoid at all costs!Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015I love it here. I'm so convenient to shopping plazas and minutes from downtown augusta. Management is awesome. They resolve my issues quickly. The only downfalls are the pool in my opinion is not cleaned often enough, the laundry room machines are iffy, and there is no plug in the bathroom of my apartment.Review from Apartments.com
