Bait and switch
May 19, 2020I was ready to relocate from Chicago area to Kenosha because of family and found this apartment complex in my research. It’s gorgeous and seemed reasonably priced. When I was making an appointment after weeks of communication with the property managers, they informed me the price of this apartment has increased 10%. This price increase was never mentioned once until I was making the appointment. During the middle of a global pandemic crisis, that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This shows that ...they can increase the price at any point in time while living there. Warning!
