Coming up on my 1st year
June 6, 2020I have been living at Brenbrook for 6 months now. The initial process was easy and the staff was polite. I do feel like I am overpaying for my one bedroom apartment. The Patriot is small. It will only do if you live by yourself. On the description of The Patriot it states that you have an office between the master bedroom and the bathroom. It is not an office, It is more like a vanity area where you store your bathroom items. It's not a separate room. Also, they have a ridiculous that you must ...have a tag on your car or it will be towed and its true, 100%. I feel this way because the office has a copy of everyone's car information that you would think they share with the towing company seeing as that the managers in the office aren't the actually ones towing your car, but they do not. I made the mistake of having my tag fall from my car once and my car was towed. It literally fell on my car's gear shift. It was in my car. Also, my car has been parked in the same area for the past year you would think that the tow company would realize but no again. It's $280 to get your car. Completely wrong, but as long as you live here its nothing you can do. I do like the fact that they have a cleaning crew that keeps the hallways clean and also the outside. For my particular building its noisy to me because I'm on the 1st floor. Now that everyone has gone back to work its more quiet.Property Manager Responded

this place is ok
September 6, 2017this place is ok. I lived there for one year and one year only. my lease couldn't end fast enough. every other morning there was bug on the ceiling that I had to kill. the exterminator was at the apartment at least once a week because of this issue. the front desk always had attitudes but maintenance was awesome. and the den had an awful smell and no one knew where the smell came from.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2017I love this community it has been a blessing for me and my kids. They swim in the pool, and I love the laundry facility because it's open 24 hours. Very close to Walmart and other shopping places. Within walking distance to grocery stores. I think it's been great, staff is helpful, and maintenance is wonderful. June 29, 2017I've been living here 3 years now, and I have to say its been a pleasant experience. Upon renewing I was given a carpet clean and full paint which made me very happy. Staff seems to be on top of issues, maintenance has always responded to any problems I was having. The pool is a nice bonus, and they do make sure people from other places don't fill it up so we can enjoy it as residents. Would Not Recommend
November 16, 2016Where do i begin? I did not end up in an apartment that was like the model i had viewed and agreed upon. The rental office is slow with responding to repairs or questions in general. I have had issues with the rental company being aware I have paid rent (I have never paid late). I was locked out of my apartment one time and was forced to call a locksmith due to Brenbrook not offering any lockout services (I have never heard of an apartment complex that does this). Overall my experience has ...been subpar and I am counting down the days until my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2015Living at Brenbrook has brought so much happiness to my life. I absolutely love the community very quiet and peaceful. I like the location it's near great places to shop / eat. Also great for those who take the public transportation catch the metro right up the street. Brenbrook has a pool, lounge with internet access for residents, and the price for these apartments are very reasonable for single / married couples. September 2, 2015I've been living at Brenbrook Apartments for a year and a half. Since the first day I moved in , my kitchen floor was chipped , the sockets was hanging off of the wall and my oven door was hanging by a bolt . It took them 5 months to replace my oven. My ceiling in the bathroom leaks every week . I would come home from work to a flooded bathroom. Still to this day my ceiling has yet to be fix. August 8, 2015My stay in brenbrook apartments has been very peaceful. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and the leasing office staff is available at the hours they say they are open. However, Maintenance man is sometimes late with calls. there is a lady who cleans the doors and windows of every building and vacuums each floor every day. The only complaint I ever had was the foul smell of our building due to a neighbors cooking. We always received a receipt for our rent and was promptly given notice of ...anything that was happening in our building or in the neighborhood in general. Overall it is a good complex.
