Bad management/ maintenance
November 6, 2016After leaving a $560 deposit, 1 week later said i had two weeks to decide, or she keeps my money. After she accepts my section 8 voucher, i sign paperwork, and receive my keys, she claims shes forgotten about a $100 non refundable cleaning fee. Apartnent wasnt cleaned before moving in, and complained because i asked her to clean the refridgerator so i can use it. Refuses to open hallway windiws durring the summer, threatens to evict anyone that does, lets everyine roast in their apartment but ...refuses to update the air conditioner. After asking about where a cool neighbor had gone, her rude comment was that no one lives in their apartment for fee like i did. Maintenance would yell and try to cause arguments when asked to fix things, but when you stand up for yourself, they want to push eviction, they want you to clean up the yard and water their garden when theyre not around, which isnt in the lease, but yet doesnt want to pay for you to do their work. After cleaning the place which passed inspection, by section 8 and said land lord though she got her $100, she wanted to write up a budget, to get me to agree while she tried to steal another $100 from what she owed me of $460.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
