May 14, 2026Brentwood Chase is the best!! I have lived here a year and half now and I love it. I have had several things that needed attention and David our maintenance guy fixes whatever is needed. He is always happy to help, usually the same day. The office girls are great Teresa, Christy, Rachel, Arianna, and Alicia are so friendly and greet you as soon as you stop in they always have time to answer whatever you need. January 14, 2026Ducts No you all always show up very quickly, I just know I need them cleaned out, instead of making excuses to what it might be, I use an air purifier because of my lungs it the filter gets pretty dirty for someone who always has either heat or air on. Where my filter is is extremely dirty as soon as y’all change it it’s dirty in a day. So hopefully something will be getting cleaned. I thank everyone working on this.Property Manager Responded
