Amazing Apartments
March 8, 2022I have lived here for a year and am renewing. I will continue to live here. Best apartments I have ever lived in. The apartments are big, safe and beautiful. The Management, Office Staff and Maintenance guys are amazing. If you put in a maintenance request, they are there unbelievably fast. The whole team really does care about the property. 4 Years So Far
March 13, 2020I've been a tenant here for the past 4 years and I will continue to be for many more to come! Gas and water are included in your rent, the only utility you pay for is electricity. Your electrical bill won't be much, because these apartments are extremely well insulated. I live on the third floor (with GORGEOUS vaulted ceilings) and our average for a very spacious 2 bed/2 bath is about 70$ a month. And we keep it COLD in the summer. Additionally, I hardly even notice that I have neighbors. You ...can hear some noise in the hallways, but as soon as you shut your apartment door... glorious silence! The other tenants are polite and we've gotten to know our neighbors pretty well. The office staff is super helpful! Maintenance is quick and friendly (they always take a few extra minutes to pet the cats). Parking here is a literal DREAM! The farthest I've had to park is a couple hallways down and that's only been a few times in 4 years. Plus the inclusion of a washer and drier IN UNIT has made life so much better than my days of late night laundromat trips! The neighborhood around the complex is quiet and safe, especially with the La Vista police station just a couple minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping, but not surrounded by city noise. And right down the street from the Rotella factory, so if the wind hits right all you smell is fresh baked bread. The only thing that was a little off-putting at the start was the fact that they require you use their internet provider. It's Bloom Broadband. But we have had ONE issue in LITERALLY 4 YEARS. We pay $60 for the second highest tier. We stream via netflix, hulu, etc. every day, plus we both game online, and I stream games on Twitch. The internet MORE than keeps up. All in all, I love this place and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!Property Manager Responded

Great location, plenty of space - gas paid!
August 4, 2015This is probably the best apartment complex we have lived in during our 8 years of apartment living. Utility costs are easily controlled because they cover the cost of gas. The buildings are only 10 years old, so there's no problems with unsealed windows, malfunctioning heating/cooling systems, or outdated appliances. The bedrooms are very spacious - though, I will call out the kitchen - there is only enough counter space to fit your microwave and toaster oven with a little cube of space next to ...the sink for cooking prep work. Location is awesome! It's practically neighboring a Walmart Marketplace, plenty of restaurants and shops. It's just a couple minutes to get to I80. It's a very safe area; La Vista police are always patrolling the area. Management is helpful and I like that they have availability on Saturday. Maintenance is great! The longest we waited for something was 3 days and that was because it was the 4th of July weekend. As far as cons go, you're going to hear your upstairs neighbors - we can hear the guys above us when they walk and even when they use their blender. The walls between apartments are great, but not the ceiling - I would highly recommend a third floor apartment. Also, the buildings in the back of the complex are maybe 20 yards from train tracks, and there's trains going by all day and night. You get used to the noise, and if you put a noise machine in your bedroom at night, it won't really disturb your sleep. All in all, I think the price for what you get is extremely reasonable, especially when you compare it to neighboring apartment communities.
