I just moved into my apartment which was newly renovated and I could not be happier. Management went above and beyond getting the place done to meet a move-in date that was more convenient for me. Definitely off to a great start!

I used my A.C. for 5 days before it broke on me, its 7 pm and my A.C. is blowing hot air, it’s 90° in my apartment and I am 6 months pregnant with a 1 year old, they will not come fix my A.C. because it’s Friday. I have to sit here in 90° heat with no A.C. until AT LEAST Monday. I’m disgusted.

Service order requests, are completed, as they come in, during regular business hours. Brentwood Village also offers 24 hour Maintenance service. Our 24 hour service includes nights and weekends. Management apologizes, your request for service went unanswered, or over looked. Management encourages all tenants to reach out to the rental office with any concerns, where they can be handled as they occur. Again our deepest apology. I encourage a call be placed to the rental office, so further discussion can be had, on when the service request was made, and when the repair was complete. Thank you again, for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

I really love living here. The apartments are spacious and very affordable. The office manager is amazing and when you contact her to make a maintenance request they are there often times within an hour or two. Very nice maintenance staff. The only thing I wish they had was a pool but beyond that I highly recommend.

I am very proud to say I live in Brentwood village. I have been here since 2006. The maintenance men are amazing. They treat you like family and go above and beyond. Christine in the office is always there to listen, improve and go the extra mile. She is not in this clearly just as a job. She truly cares about her tenants. She as well goes above and beyond and will make sure you are treated like family.
She in less than one year has made so many improvements at Brentwood village and continues ...
to move forward. In all of Liverpool I would recommend this complex.

I have lived at Brentwood for three years, and have yet to run into any issues with neighbors or management. The apartments are extremely spacious and well insulated. Maintenance is always on top of all work orders with very little wait for fixes or repairs. Very quiet complex with extra parking for guests. I love living here! Plus, Christine in the office is amazing!

apartments are not bad but it changes apartment to apartment. but laundry facilities are terrible and neighbors are terrible disrespectful annoying and mean. everyone parked each other parking spaces, and there isnot any respect which is they do not care the neighborhoods. they watch the tv very too loud until 11pm sometimes it is end up at 12am or something. and the office dont do anything about it. for example today is saturday which is mine holiday and very loud tv sound has coming until 9am ...
from my downstairs neighbor.(God knows this sound has not finished until around 11 pm) I am sick of it. I am totally kaput. If you are looking for silence place do not stop bye this apartments. ASAP I am going to move out here.
