  • They pretend that they only have one unit left - but thats not true.

    They pretend that the units are leasing like hot cakes. The garage has at least 30 empty parking spots. That way they can tell the units are going fast. The place is a like a nursing home.

    The place is a dump. The hallways are a fire trap. They rent me a handicap accessible apt without telling me.The carpet in the hallways like a flea bag motel.Be very careful when tell show you an Apartment. They take you only through the nice parts which is the kitchen areas. The rest of the place is dump. Tenter beware.

    This is by far the most luxurious 55+ community that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting!! The infinity pool and outdoor area is my absolute favorite!! I can not wait until those warm summer evenings when we can barbeque with our friends out on the Veranda!!
