Very nice apartments. Clean and modern. The vivint smart home system is a plus. The pool gym and hot tub are very nice as well. Not enough parking, but the office states they are working on a solution.

The staff at Bria are amazing!!! They are very quick to respond to emails, phone calls and are very attentive to resident needs. I put in a maintenance work order online through Live at Bria resident login site and the work order was completed within the day. I was very impressed with the time completed since my work order request was not a high priority in my opinion. I currently live here and have been for almost two years. While the apartment is nice, you can tell certain structures were rushed such as the dog parks which no longer have grass and reek of urine, and the pool and hot tub that has roughly 1/4 of the tile missing already. There’s also not enough parking at all for the residents, and if you park in the street, you risk getting a ticket. Make sure you read your lease VERY THOROUGHLY. I have been told my dog couldn’t be unaccompanied on my patio. ...
False. Dog may not be left unattended on patio for long periods of time. They make you pay for a third party to clean your apartment when you move out. No where in your lease is it stated you will pay this fee. Media package is 110 a month for absolutely horrible internet and cable. Not only is 110 ridiculous of a price, but the owner is completely ok with keeping century link as their provider when we have weekly outages resulting in those who work from home stuck, or my one year old crying since she can’t watch her shows. Also, I hope you like getting your mail stolen as Amazon, fedex, on trac, ups, etc are too lazy to bring packages to your door so they just leave them in the mailroom everywhere (there’s also no camera). Also, old management didn’t care about enforcing the rules unless it’s a tenant involved. You’re caught smoking, instant fine. Their groundskeeper gets caught smoking over 3x, nothing happens. Also, my MIL fell into the hot tub and broke her toe. Support bar used to enter/exit could rotate about a foot in either direction. It gave when she walked in, therefore breaking her toe. All management did was say sorry and fix the bar, which they knew had been broken the entire summer. Valet trash is also a joke. I’ve literally watched him take a bag out of my trash can and accidentally put a hole in the side making crumbs and food spill out. He stared at the mess and said “nope” and put it right back in my can leaving his mess. Good luck with their emergency maintenance hotline as well as it’ll take 3-4 hours at least for someone to get to you.
