I have been reading the reviews and had to add mine.In regards to the staff, I too was looking for an apartment last summer (July 2023)and when I called the woman I spoke with was very rude. I asked if there were age restrictions etc and she spoke to me as if I did something wrong. After that experience, I do not want to live there anyway. Many other apartments. Many other places. My husband and I just moved out of these apartments. Diane in the office is the most terrible, rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the misfortune to have to talk to. I am not sure why she is still employed there. I can only imagine her upper management does not care in the least since many have complained about her. After giving her a our new mailbox address she proceeded to badger my husband as to where we were going to be living next refusing to use the address we gave her and being ...
extremely rude to him. We told her that is the only address to give for our new arrangements and we can only hope we receive our mail and security deposit. We have received countless other mail, so we have no idea what her problem is. She is a horrible human being. I would not suggest renting from them.

I have never lived here but while i was searching for apartments I was interested in briarcliff, when I spoke with the property manager to gather information she was incredibly rude. Constantly interrupting me and for some reason was skeptical if i was actually interested. She kept asking if i was there just to take a survey... very strange. She was aggravated and annoyed that I was even talking to her. Definitely dodged a bullet.

WARNING: Do not move into these apartments. Garenteed you will not enjoy your experience with the property manager, Diane, ar clover management. This lady has had me living in fear with all of the random visits where she bangs on the window and door of your apartment demanding that you let her in. I have complained over and over again to clover management and they don't seem to even check their answering machine because I have called multiple times and never had a response in 5 months. came to my appointment looking for another tenant who had late rent and when I told her to leave she tried to force her way into the apartment yelling that it was her door and she had every right to come in and attempt to collect rent from someone who has nothing to do with my lease. The old man across the street has been writing down the license plate number of my friends and family who come to my place. When I complained about this to Diane she kept calling me "boy" and "little baby" and then asking me why when my friend who I mentioned earlier called her my name came up on the caller ID. I tried to tell her that that had nothing to do with my complaint or lease. She would not address the issues and then hung up on me. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The place is run by a socialist dictator warden who cannot keep her nose out of your business and wants to know more about you then she needs to know. They make up rules you never heard of before and are very intrusive and it's mainly a personal issue by the nut who runs the place. They watch your every move as if it's a prison.

BriarCliff is a good place to settle down.
All apartment are single story.. No clomping upstairs!
Plenty of parking. (the lots were just resealed )
Apartments are okay in size. very comfortable. Heat and A/C are wall unit ( not central ). They work well.. comfortably got through the worse Buffalo winter in many years....
Basic kitchens with refrigerator, stove, disposal (no dish washers).
Decent amount of storage. Apartments also have small attic spaces.
Carpeting in living room and ...
bedrooms.
Outside is clean and well maintained. Each apartment have a small fenced patio.
Pet friendly (2 pet max / $20 per pet additional per month)
Maintenance are quick to respond and get the job done quickly.
Management are helpful and answered all my questions.
