February 10, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived at Briarcliff for a few years. The staff is excellent at responding to maintenance requests. The apartments are kept updated, the common areas are kept clean and well lit, and the grounds are manicured, which is great to be outside and play in the yard. We have a sense of community with holiday get togethers and wreath contests. If I were to change anything I would add more washers and dryers. Overall we have an awesome community.

September 20, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived here over two years and have had a wonderful experience overall. We are close to shopping, low crime (with regular patrol), neighbors are quite (we have lived in two different parts of the complex), office staff is always quick to respond and helpful. Some downsides are the parking and lease renewal rent increases. Parking is horrible, especially for the townhouses. I understand that the mulch and rock landscaping looks nice, but they could mostly be taken out to provide parking in ...front of the units. The other downside is a rent increase of 3 or 4% upon lease renewal. Overall it is one of the best places to live in the Wheeling area.Read More

August 27, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comNice place but they keep rising the rent. If you have children you can't have a playhouse , sandbox or anything outside. Also it takes the office a while to return calls and maintenance awhile too. They have attitude you think they would be nicer to the people who live here for as much as rent is.
Nice location and quiet residential area
January 20, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comI was surprised that these apartments were really quiet. I hardly ever hear loud noise, radios etc,,, The location is great and easy to get to the Highlands or Ohio Valley Mall for shopping and restaurants. The apartment had been updated and for a one bedroom is a pretty good size room and closet space.
