April 14, 20250/10 would NEVER recommend!!! I’ve dealt with constant maintenance issues, poor communication from management, and absolutely no accountability. January 4, 2025I put in a work order to repair my bathroom ceiling and have had no response. It’s not the first time. The older not renovated apartments are falling apart.Property Manager Responded

May 24, 2024Been here for 10 yrs now! Best area best neighborhood! Lots of improvements lately with dog park and new mailbox area. Rent keeps going up buuuuut so does the area! Everything you need is within minutes of the best parts of town.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024Living in Briarhill is truly a great experience. The leasing office does a lot of events and they're always a hit. The lush green spaces and dog park offer ample opportunities for my dog to enjoy life. . April 30, 2024I love the community and location. It’s close to Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The staff is amazing and friendly. I love how we have monthly events for the residents and can get to know our neighbors.Property Manager Responded
