April 14, 20250/10 would NEVER recommend!!! I’ve dealt with constant maintenance issues, poor communication from management, and absolutely no accountability. There’s a new issue almost every week, and this has been going on since DAY ONE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid the stress.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025I put in a work order to repair my bathroom ceiling and have had no response. It’s not the first time. The older not renovated apartments are falling apart.Property Manager Responded

June 8, 2024I like living here but it would be better to have a fixed parking spot near our apartment. Also, the internet service is inferior at 50$ and we are bound to pay that price even if we do not use that.Property Manager Responded

May 24, 2024Been here for 10 yrs now! Best area best neighborhood! Lots of improvements lately with dog park and new mailbox area. Rent keeps going up buuuuut so does the area! Everything you need is within minutes of the best parts of town.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024Living in Briarhill is truly a great experience. The leasing office does a lot of events and they're always a hit. The lush green spaces and dog park offer ample opportunities for my dog to enjoy life. .
