April 14, 20250/10 would NEVER recommend!!! I’ve dealt with constant maintenance issues, poor communication from management, and absolutely no accountability. May 24, 2024Been here for 10 yrs now! Best area best neighborhood! Lots of improvements lately with dog park and new mailbox area. Rent keeps going up buuuuut so does the area! Everything you need is within minutes of the best parts of town.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024Living in Briarhill is truly a great experience. The leasing office does a lot of events and they're always a hit. The lush green spaces and dog park offer ample opportunities for my dog to enjoy life. . The overall quality of life in Briarhill, coupled with its welcoming atmosphere and diverse opportunities for recreation, makes it a place I am proud to call home.Property Manager Responded
