This is a great place to live. It's peaceful, safe, well-maintained, and clean.
I largely attribute my satisfaction to Brandon, who has worked here since I moved in two and a half years ago. He is now the Property Manager. He is warm, sincere, and personable; he genuinely cares about his tenants. courteous, and efficient in their repairs.
The property and environment has dynamic layout that's not cookie cutter or sterile like many modern apartments, including huge porches which are very hard to come by nowadays. Landscapers regularly maintain the property, and I regularly see team members picking up any bits of trash on the ground-thank you! Unfortunately, some handful of visitors or tenants are careless in this area.
A great place to live-just a few areas to improve like lights at night.
