Maintenance I don’t like the fact that maintenance comes in and don’t leave a message or notice that they have completed the work so I didn’t know that the work was done I was away when I got the message to do the survey

Battery replaced(low battery alarm) FACILITIES CAME AND REPLACED BATTERIES IN THE NEW KEY PAD DOOR LOCK WHICH IN MY OPINIONATED OPINION WAS A WASTE OF MONEY IN A LONG RUN I'M ON MY SECOND SET FOR THIS YEAR 2026

I was not at home and didn’t know that they were coming it’s was ok to enter my apt without me being there but they didn’t leaves repair ticket for me to know that they fixed the issue I only knew that the problem had been resolved when I saw my electrical box still open and some of my things had been rearranged so I assumed that the problem was fixed which it was

I've lived here for a month and I do not have any complaints. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The office staff are friendly, professional and always quick to help. The community feels safe and welcoming. The location is convenient and close to a lot of stores and food places. Rent is a little pricey but this is everything you're getting. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable / cozy home.

it’s fake decent lbs , the walls are thin, the rent not that bad if you know how spend your money we never had a problem besides a leaking sink I have a saw mildew around the AC but it wasn’t a big deal because bleach could fix it , the space don’t bother us because we don’t have any kids ,the apartment are out of style but it’s not a big deal , we grateful to have a place to call ours
