January 29, 2020it’s fake decent lbs , the walls are thin, the rent not that bad if you know how spend your money we never had a problem besides a leaking sink I have a saw mildew around the AC but it wasn’t a big deal because bleach could fix it , the space don’t bother us because we don’t have any kids ,the apartment are out of style but it’s not a big deal , we grateful to have a place to call oursProperty Manager Responded

they are the internet provider, laundry closes at 10pm, ceiling creaks from the heat, door and windows aren't sealed well.
January 17, 2017This is less of a review but more of a adding info. They are the ISP. The apartment provides the internet. It's not fast, and it's pricey. It requires a cable modem. The cable tv is also provided by them. The laundry rooms close at 10pm everyday. The heating is electric heating coils in the ceiling. It's allows individual room temperature control. But it creaks when it turns on. It's also slow to heat. The windows and doors don't seal well. You can feel the drafts. Also it lets in a lot of ...outside noise. July 28, 2015I have nothing bad to say about these apartments. Everytime I lock myself out of my apartment the emergency maintenance is always there very efficient. The maintenance of the area is really nice! And it's very quiet. The apartment buildings on the outside look very nice and also on the inside. The only thing that I wish Briarwood had was a pool. that would be the cherry on topReview from Apartments.com
