The office staff are friendly, professional and always quick to help. The community feels safe and welcoming. The location is convenient and close to a lot of stores and food places. January 17, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThis is less of a review but more of a adding info. They are the ISP. The apartment provides the internet. It's not fast, and it's pricey. It requires a cable modem. The cable tv is also provided by them. The laundry rooms close at 10pm everyday. The heating is electric heating coils in the ceiling. It's allows individual room temperature control. But it creaks when it turns on. It's also slow to heat. The windows and doors don't seal well. You can feel the drafts. Also it lets in a lot of ...outside noise. The only pets allowed are cats in certain buildings.Read More

The maintenance of the area is really nice! And it's very quiet. The apartment buildings on the outside look very nice and also on the inside. The only thing that I wish Briarwood had was a pool. that would be the cherry on top
