February 15, 20267 years I will say this maintenance is great and the property manager is great. The location is great. I give all that a 10 the apartment itself and the amenities for the property I give a three apartments are outdated. There’s no amenities at all and the cost per apartments are way too high for what you get for the Apts, which is nothing it seems like retail management likes to do the cheapest way of doing things and it seems like they don’t care about their residence and the way they have to ...live in their apartmentsProperty Manager Responded

October 6, 2025Move in temporary. Nothing that you want to stay in a long time. The office is barely open they will have new management and maintenance every month. Appliances break and do not last so be careful. No ventilation or windows in living room area. Had a rodent problem for a while and I’m very clean person. April 2, 2025My experienced, my opinion I lived at Briarwood Apartment for five years and if I could, I would stay there longer but, unfortunately due to my health issues with the stairs from my Unit, I had to leave. I loved living there because office staff are very friendly and helpful, . Probes are resolved quickly. Only inconvenience is the washers and dryers were outside the units and we all had to share. Tenants were nasty at times especially using power soap in the liquid dispenser and creating messy ...nasty soapy cakes and they NEVER clean up their mess. Other than that living at Briarwood was a very pleasant experience and completely comfortable for me and my family. Super Markets are just few minutes away. . I would recommend anyone looking for a place, consider BRIARWOOD APARTMENTS. You won’t regret staying there. These are my experiences and my opinion.
