Great place to live!
January 8, 2024I've been at Briarwood about a year and a half now, and I've had a great experience here. My unit has had some issues throughout the year but maintenance is always prompt and polite, and there hasn't been any issue that they couldn't solve within 2 days. If there was anything I would change, I would say that I wish the community pool was heated and the tennis court could do with some refinishing, but those aren't dealbreakers.Review from Apartments.com

RUDE and not interested in new tenants
July 9, 2020RUDE RUDE RUDE. Just spoke to Jessica on the phone inquiring about 2 bedroom units available and a unit that says available on the site is not, so I asked her when I could call back to inquire if any new units have become available, at the end of month or beginning of August or another time? She simply said "We won't know, it's whenever someone puts in their 30 days notice." RUDE and obviously has ZERO interest in obtaining new and good residents with perfect credit, which is what they would've ...gotten. If they're this rude before you even give them money, imagine how they act after you're a resident?Property Manager Responded

The availability of apartments can change quickly, as there are people applying all of the time. We offer a priority waiting list to those looking for a new home and have some flexibility with their move date. We typically know what will be available at the beginning of the month, as a notice to vacate is due by the first. Please contact our office and I am sure the staff can go over this with you.

Wont give tour to potential residents.
May 14, 2020Asked if I could take a tour in a unit before I give any commitments, but sadly was answered with a no and as an alternative, to look through pictures on this site. Another alternative they gave was to FULLY commit (contract signed, deposit given to them) to just be able to see the unit(BASICALLY owning the unit already), and if I’m not happy, i could ask for a refund on deposit immediately. I get safety for us and for staff, but DEFINETLY better options. Shows sign of dedication from the ...management. Won’t consider this apartment ever in the future. Only a Fool will buy anything blind folded.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments!
January 26, 2019I have been a current resident here for over a year and a half and I have loved every minute of it! The apartments are spacious and the added storage is great! I've only ever had to call management once about an issue with my unit.. there were wasps who had built a nest in the old intercom system next to my door. I called and left a message to management and received a call back the next morning and the issue was resolved that day. I've never had any noise issues or ever felt unsafe in the ...complex, and I do live alone. I recommend this place to all of my friends. Bargain Priced
January 22, 2017The complex is decorated with flower gardens. The overall appearance is high end. The apartments have a modern look inside and spacious. The ceilings are extra high, sculptured with two one foot drops and multileveled for an interesting upscale appearance. The upper floors have a 7" x 10" enclosed storage area off of the balcony. $30 extra per month gets you a laundry (no dreadful laundromat runs). All windows and patio doors are new. The site is newly paved plus a carport keeps your car out of ...the weather. The staff is friendly and maintenance is about instantly performed. For the price you cannot beat this complex. September 12, 2016I have lived here for about seven years now and I love it! First in a two bedroom apartment then in a one bedroom. I have never had a problem with getting things fixed promptly and without a mess (and I haven't needed much in the years I've been here). July 29, 2015These are very good apartments. They have their down sides just like any other place but the good out ways the bad in many ways. They give you free water and trash so that saves you a decent amount of money every month. The maintenance guys are attentive as long as you go in and make the work and don't rely on them to put it in for you. The only real bad thing I can say after having lived here for just a year is as my lease is ending they're increasing my rent slighting on this next round. The office staff is super nice, was even willing to stay after office hours when I was running late to check in on my first night.
