December 6, 2024Very spacious, but finishes are sloppy. For some units, there is no in-unit washer and dryer and the ones provided in the basement are old and look like they’ve never been cleaned.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024Living at Briarwood has been nice since I moved in a few months ago. The neighbor is quiet and everyone I’ve met so far has been kind. The dog park is a great amenity and so are the bikes I like to take for rides. The townhomes/apartments could be a little more of quality in terms of pricing. With loud cracking stairs, no bedroom lights and some electrical problems, there are definitely things that could be improved. However, in all the staff are great and so is the community, I’d definitely ...recommend moving here if someone is considering.Property Manager Responded
