November 22, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLiving at Briarwood has been nice since I moved in a few months ago. The neighbor is quiet and everyone I’ve met so far has been kind. The dog park is a great amenity and so are the bikes I like to take for rides. The townhomes/apartments could be a little more of quality in terms of pricing. With loud cracking stairs, no bedroom lights and some electrical problems, there are definitely things that could be improved.
