The worst ever
August 18, 2025Briarwood townhomes is the pits. Way overpriced I was paying 2937 a month without utilities for an older townhome There was newly renovated ones within the townhomes that were only for 2500 a month. When I asked if I could be removed they said sure you can move but it's gonna cost you a $500 fee to move regardless of numerous attempts that I made to have the mold issue that I had taken care of and the rotting cabinets replaced in the kitchen which has never been met!! The manager of the ...complex was rude and arrogant she thinks shes GodProperty Manager Responded

HORRIBLE PLACE
June 5, 2025This place is run by people that couldn't care less. First look at the reviews on here, they are close to 5 years old and there are ZERO current reviews. Everyone hates living there. They don't allow you to fly a US FLAG on your door or on your apartment. Its like living in Russia. No bird feeders, no gardens, etc. They have more rules than a boarding school. On top of that the rent is a joke for how small the place is and they have ZERO amenities. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!Property Manager Responded

DON'T MOVE THERE!!!
June 5, 2024This place is horrible! New management is a joke. They constantly hound residents with mundane things residents are not allowed to do. They tout their amenities such as a grill area that consists of ONE GRILL for the over 100 units on the property. Their DOG PARK is about 50 feet long is really only for small dogs. Their PLAYGROUND is for 2-5 year olds ONLY. If you move there be ready for your rent to increase at least $200 a year. People are paying more that live there than new renters ...coming in. Do yourself a favor and find a new place to live.Property Manager Responded

Since our new Management team has started within the company, we have been working on making Briarwood Townhomes an even better place to live as well as taking on new and exciting upcoming projects within the community as a whole. The general correspondence emails you have been seeing are a part of this process. We want to ensure that you and all other residents are well informed with what is taking place within the community and also, to clarify what everyone can utilize and enjoy at their townhomes and within the community. We do have one cooking grill amenity within the community for all residents to utilize on a first come, first serve basis, however, residents are welcome to use a personal cooking grill at their townhomes as well. Our dog park amenity is designed to welcome dogs at any size as there are no weight restrictions enforced. Our playground amenity is specifically for children at all ...ages to enjoy as there are no age restrictions enforced. Our rent prices are based on different factors which include the many options we offer for lengths of lease terms and what is included in the rent prices such as parking, landscaping, snow removal, etc. We hope that your living experience at Briarwood Townhomes becomes better for you moving forward and I am happy to assist you with any questions along the way as well. September 26, 2021We've lived here for the past 5 years and it's a quiet and comfortable neighborhood. The staff is courteous whenever I need to speak with them. Steve and the maintenance guys are absolutely fantastic. Once an issue is reported, they make sure that the tenants are taken care of in a timely manner. It's a shame that residents either fill the dumpsters too quickly or dump the garbage outside the bin.
