If you are wanting to spend ridiculous amounts of money to get rid of bedbugs and cockroaches this is the place for you. The entire time I lived here we had these issues, it was brought up to management and nothing was done. We are very clean people, can’t say the same for my neighbors though. There is dog poop everywhere and nothing is ever done about that either. Also be careful because if there are leaks because of the poorly built and even more poorly maintained buildings it will be blamed on ...
you until they actually spend the time to find the issue. Even then it could take 6 months for anything to be done. Or they may just wait until you move out, which is more likely. Spend a little extra and go somewhere worth your time and money. also I’m pretty sure the management wrote the other reviews here, because there is no way anyone could be that delusional.

I lived there exactly 2 years and I highly recommend renting from them. Management was professional and friendly, Maintenance Staff was prompt, thorough and responsive. Pretty amazing really... quiet, no disturbances or crime... Great Job Staff!!!

I am so pleased with my residence. The management staff here takes great care of the property. It means a great deal when you are proud of the place you live. I would recommend Briarwood apartments and town homes to everyone that wants a nice safe, clean and friendly place to live. The location is also great, close to everything.
