I am currently waiting for a one bedroom. When I pulled into Briarwood Meadows the grounds were beautifully landscaped and I felt a sense of peace. I met with Edie and Tanya ( two separate occasions) who were friendly, professional and took their time with me from discussing paperwork, walking through the grounds, to showing me the model apartment, not once but on two different ocassions. I knew immediately this property was going to be my new home. I can not wait to receive that phone call ...

This apartment complex is very beautiful! everything is very clean, very well maintained, maintenance crew responds very quickly if any appliances fail or break for whatever reason to fix them, it is very quiet and very peaceful. They have a large clubhouse which involves a pool and Jacuzzi, a workout room and a very open hangout room to either study, play pool, watch a movie with friends, ETC. Best part is you can rent the club house out for a day or more if you want to throw a party! they also ...
have another pool outside behind the main office. The kitchen is a nice size, it includes every appliance you would need and it also includes a washer and dryer in a closet which is a very nice thing to have. water is free, all you have to pay for really besides rent is electricity and cable, again, a very vice feature. The other great thing about the location of this complex is that it is 1 mile from a good majority of stores and is also very close to the college. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are going to attend the college in East Greenwich and in general! Rent is very well priced for what you get and it is all very well worth it!

The appliances usually don't work. The noise level from other apartments is horrid. If you go to the office to complain about a neighbor making noise, they don't do anything about it. Noreen (owner) is a horror to deal with, as is the rest of the staff. They raised the rent, which is a joke because the hallways smell. The walls & ceilings in the apartments have huge cracks. Can't wait for my lease to end.

I currently live in a 2 bedroom unit in Briarwood Meadows. So far in my one year residency, I can say that I’ve had only good experiences at this apartment complex. The location is pretty good, close to just about everything you'd need. It’s surrounded by plenty of options for restaurants, grocery stores, and malls, but you also get quick convenient access to route 95, route 4, and route 2.  The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the apartment unit’s themselves are quiet (I very rarely ...

Below are some tips and information that I’d like to know if I were looking for a new apartment, followed by a list of pros and cons... -My utilities (gas and electric) run me $102 per month on average. So far I’ve had a high of $155 and low of $69. -You have a choice between Verizon and Cox. At this time, Verizon’s prices have been more competitive. I pay about $95 for “preferred HD TV” and 20/10Mb internet. -If you get a third floor unit, you get a nice high valued roof. -If you live on the top two floors, you have a wood burning or gas fireplace. I’ve never used it, but it does looks nice. Pros: -Quiet living area. -In unit washer and dryer. -Close to many retail outlets and restaurants.  -Quick access to highways. -Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and indoor hot tub. -Well maintained landscaping and pretty decent snow removal. Briarwood meadows, a nice,clean, and affordable apartment complex located a min from all 95 on and off ramps. Briarwood is also right next door to the movie theater, multiple restaurants, and shopping center and only a short drive from rt 2. Which includes any store you can think of. family and friend partys keeping your apartment clean at the same time. The apartment itself is spacious and set up beatifully. Apartments include a few different styles, one with a fireplace which is awsome on those cold winter nights here in RI. I lived in a number of complexes in RI and I never right a review, but I would recommend Briarwood Meadows to anyone. From the friendly staff, to the fantastic amenities, to the sort mentioned styles and even down to the friendly neighbors you will have living here and will be happy at any age. I'm 24 young and love to have fun and I loved living here.
