Back in December 2024, on a chilly day, I happened to turn onto Bennett Street while looking for a new apartment and came across this community. The property manager was very welcoming, walked us through the options, and made the whole process easy. My wife and I knew right away that this was where we wanted to live. Since then, we’ve been very happy with our choice. The property is always well ...maintained—the grounds are clean, the lawn is neatly trimmed, and everything feels cared for. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, we can either submit it online or speak directly with the manager, and it’s always handled quickly. I love to see the change of the season here with all of the trees. This place has very good walkability and there is a grocery store and usps within walking distance. October 1, 2016Since moving to Springfield three years ago I've lived in five different locations. The briarwood village has by far been my favorite. I like the small community feel you get here. I love the size of my apartment and the location. It's so close to both Glenstone and 65 that's it's so easy to get anywhere fast. July 22, 2015At briarwood village we have a pool, basketball court and sand pit and we also have a nice decent laundry room area.The apartments here are nice clean places well taken care of. We pay a decent price for rent which is $535 a month. The community here is quiet the property owners are nice and helpful.
