I feel like they could do a better job in the laundry faciltiy, keeping up with the machines. I believe with the demand for covered parking, this place could provide it. Back in December 2024, on a chilly day, I happened to turn onto Bennett Street while looking for a new apartment and came across this community. The property manager was very welcoming, walked us through the options, and made the whole process easy. My wife and I knew right away that this was where we wanted to live. Since then, we’ve been very happy with our choice. The property is always well ...maintained—the grounds are clean, the lawn is neatly trimmed, and everything feels cared for. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, we can either submit it online or speak directly with the manager, and it’s always handled quickly. I love to see the change of the season here with all of the trees. This place has very good walkability and there is a grocery store and usps within walking distance. There is a fantastic buffer around the complex with Kraft being right next door. It's a very unique place!

I like the small community feel you get here. I love the size of my apartment and the location. It's so close to both Glenstone and 65 that's it's so easy to get anywhere fast. Any problems that I might've had in my apartment they were quick to fix. I just signed my second lease with them and I look forward to my next year here!

We pay a decent price for rent which is $535 a month. The community here is quiet the property owners are nice and helpful. We have free internet that comes with the apartments and it's a great place to live.
