In my experience, the front office has not taken repeated noise complaints seriously. I have reported excessive noise from the apartment above me multiple times and have even contacted the police on multiple occasions because of late-night noise severe enough to disturb my apartment.
Most recently, I contacted the office while the noise was actively occurring and invited staff to come inside my apartment to hear it firsthand. Instead, I was told the upstairs residents said they had not been home ...
that morning, despite the hours of noise I had been hearing.
After repeated complaints, I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.
