Pot smoke
July 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comPot smoke in hallway and coming in our bedroom from the neighbors. Brown stuff running down the walls in the stairwell. Brown stain on the bottom of the walls in the stairwell from it not being cleaned. Carpet has many stains and smells like pot. Apartment not clean when we moved in. No manager on site, ever. Dog poop everywhere. Neighbors are loud and smoke pot 24/7.

Austin is wonderful to work with and he truly listens to your concerns. I've had other management companies where I've lived that always said they would fix something and never did; but Austin isn't like that at all. He's ready to fix something within a day or two or able to get maintenance on it ASAP! The amount of communication with the office is amazing as well. I love everything about this ...place. One of the best places to live in WDM/Waukee. It's quiet and I can't hear any of my neighbors which is an absolute bonus. The building is secure with a special code to get in and it give me an amazing peace of mind to know that no strangers will be roaming the halls. I just can't recommend this place enough!!!!!!Read More
