Poor management
August 23, 2024Management claims they raise your rent continuously because they are trying to improve the grounds. However, there are weeds everywhere. Tenants leave garbage at their curb for weeks and management does nothing. Although there are signs prohibiting parallel parking, tenants continue to park making it difficult to pull out of your drive. Again management does nothing. The worst problem is the pot holes and crumbling pavement…making the complex look junky. The rent is not worth the problems.Property Manager Responded

Noisy neighborhood
September 30, 2018I have been a resident for about 3 months now. These apartments are located near lifetime fitness and Costco. The apartments that face the street do not have double pane windows so you can hear every single car pass by. If you are looking for some peace and quiet I would forget about that. The property managers do not reply to emails. Also parking is another issue at this complex.Review from Apartments.com

March 13, 2017I am a current resident at Lakeside Boulevard Town-homes, and am very happy here. I have lived in several apartments in different cities the last few years as my job requires transfers often. I have to say this apartment has felt more like a home tome than any other. The apartment is large with tall ceilings, good lighting, and I never hear my neighbors. It is close to many things and I can walk to grocery stores and many local activities. I did join the gym next door and it has helped me to meet ...people which is really nice. The management is organized and making rental payments is easy. Beautiful Townhomes- Very Happy Here!
October 7, 2016I just moved in to the Lakeside Boulevard Townhomes at the end of May 2016. The townhouse is absolutely gorgeous, with all brand new appliances, neutral, light colors making room for a lot of natural light, and a very spacious, open layout. The townhomes are conveniently located next door to the Shelby Township Lifetime Fitness Gym, and right down the street from Buddy's Pizza, Sherwoood Brewery, Michigan by the Bottle Wine Tasting Room, and the Clean Plate for anyone who is a vegetarian. It is ...also very close to shopping centers such as Meijer, Costco, and Home Goods, as well as the popular Partridge Creek Mall. I live in the Walker unit, which is 1440 sq feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The two bedrooms each have a full bathroom so guests have their own space and privacy. I also love that the main dining and living rooms are all on the first floor, with just the two bedrooms upstairs. The laundry room is large, creating a good amount of space for a runner mat for boots in the winter time. The kitchen has beautiful, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The walls are very well-insulated, as I never hear my neighbors. Each unit has its own private garage, providing a secure, safe environment as well as eliminating the hassle of wiping snow off your car in the winter time! It is definitely a home, and everyone that has visited me has commented on how beautiful these places are, and have really enjoyed their stay.
