Overpriced and took money that was not theirs
September 6, 2022When I first moved into this property it was managed by BH Management- briefly. BH Management provided a $12 renters insurance policy which I opted for. After a few months of living at this property it was bought over by Greystar. Horrible management. Impossible to reach. Greystar gave the residence notice that they would no longer be providing that $12 insurance and we would need to provide proof of insurance on our own. I found an insurance policy and uploaded the documents as soon as possible. ...I typically paid my rent in advance and I was naive and trusted that I was being charged what I needed to be charged monthly. On my last month I was told to pay a specific prorated amount that I was told directly from management - which I paid early. They tried to charge me for a full months rent and a late fee. I also noticed that for the last 9 months they were charging me the $12 insurance amount that they stated they were no longer offering. I paid $108 total for that renters insurance that they no longer provided. I had to fight tooth and nail to get that amount back since it was not rightfully theirs and then they stated that I would only be getting $50 of it back due to a return of an $8 charge. I paid exactly what I was told to pay. This place is a mess and it is heavily overpriced. I would not recommend this complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great interiors, great amenities, pet friendly, and all together just a really nice community to be a part of with a staff that is very good at communicating with their residents.
