    I have lived at the Brickyard Apartments for several years. I find it to be a great place to live. The management and maintenance teams do a great job of taking care of the tenants. It is even pet friendly. I recommend the Brickyard Apartments for anyone looking to rent.

The staff has excellent customer service, maintenance is always very prompt with quality service repairs, and it has nice amenities. The facilities are also very clean.     Living at Brickyard has been fantastic. The apartments are great, paired with awesome amenities. The maintenance staff is awesome and generally gets things done within a 24 hour period (although we have not needed them for months). The management and leasing staff are friendly and attentive. This definitely is one of the most comfortable and friendly places in Bloomington. 100% recommend to everyone.

Most places here in town have really low weight limits of they are pet-friendly. I am thankful Brickyard allows up to 60 pounds and are extremely pet-friendly! Office staff is super friendly and helpful! They were able to get me into an apartment quickly. My Apartment was clean with nice carpet and fresh paint. I love the amount of storage I have.     The apartments are owned by Snyder Insurance, everyone knows that these guys just want to take your money. They charge you a premium for average looking apartments that they really have nothing special, everything on them looks cheap.
