    I have lived at the Brickyard Apartments for several years. I find it to be a great place to live. The management and maintenance teams do a great job of taking care of the tenants. It is even pet friendly. I recommend the Brickyard Apartments for anyone looking to rent.

    I looked at many different apartments when I was searching for one in Bloomington/Normal. None seemed like the right fit in till I looked at Brickyard. The staff has excellent customer service, maintenance is always very prompt with quality service repairs, and it has nice amenities. The facilities are also very clean. The office that is onsite sends out monthly news letters to keep you up to date and inform residents about important information. I have greatly enjoyed living here with such ...

    Living at Brickyard has been fantastic. The apartments are great, paired with awesome amenities. The maintenance staff is awesome and generally gets things done within a 24 hour period (although we have not needed them for months). The management and leasing staff are friendly and attentive. This definitely is one of the most comfortable and friendly places in Bloomington. 100% recommend to everyone.

    The apartments are owned by Snyder Insurance, everyone knows that these guys just want to take your money. They charge you a premium for average looking apartments that they really have nothing special, everything on them looks cheap. They also have this clause where if you don't give them a 60 days notice they will automatically renew your lease, they do not have to have this clause but of course all they want is to take your money. Please avoid this guys, you can get much better looking ...
