The staff has excellent customer service, maintenance is always very prompt with quality service repairs, and it has nice amenities. The facilities are also very clean. Living at Brickyard has been fantastic. The apartments are great, paired with awesome amenities. The maintenance staff is awesome and generally gets things done within a 24 hour period (although we have not needed them for months). The management and leasing staff are friendly and attentive. This definitely is one of the most comfortable and friendly places in Bloomington. 100% recommend to everyone.

The apartments are owned by Snyder Insurance, everyone knows that these guys just want to take your money. They charge you a premium for average looking apartments that they really have nothing special, everything on them looks cheap. They also have this clause where if you don't give them a 60 days notice they will automatically renew your lease, they do not have to have this clause but of course all they want is to take your money. Please avoid this guys, you can get much better looking ...
