Wonderful place to live!
January 20, 2019I looked at many different apartments when I was searching for one in Bloomington/Normal. None seemed like the right fit in till I looked at Brickyard. The staff has excellent customer service, maintenance is always very prompt with quality service repairs, and it has nice amenities. The facilities are also very clean. The office that is onsite sends out monthly news letters to keep you up to date and inform residents about important information. January 12, 2019Living at Brickyard has been fantastic. The apartments are great, paired with awesome amenities. The maintenance staff is awesome and generally gets things done within a 24 hour period (although we have not needed them for months). The management and leasing staff are friendly and attentive. Per-friendly and nice!
January 2, 2019I moved during a really rough time in my life. I was in a hurry to find a pet-friendly and safe place for me and my dog. Most places here in town have really low weight limits of they are pet-friendly. I am thankful Brickyard allows up to 60 pounds and are extremely pet-friendly! Office staff is super friendly and helpful! They were able to get me into an apartment quickly. My Apartment was clean with nice carpet and fresh paint. I love the amount of storage I have. Avoid this apartments!!!!
October 2, 2015The apartments are owned by Snyder Insurance, everyone knows that these guys just want to take your money. They charge you a premium for average looking apartments that they really have nothing special, everything on them looks cheap. They also have this clause where if you don't give them a 60 days notice they will automatically renew your lease, they do not have to have this clause but of course all they want is to take your money.
