    Overall, the community is pleasant, and I've had a good experience. I do feel that the maintenance team could improve its response time and provide a higher level of customer service. Other than that, everything has been good.

    We have been here for over two years and, overall, we really enjoy it. The apartment is perfect for our family and it feels like home. We love our upstairs neighbors, who have become friends. There are things we wish the management company cared about more—like dead flowers at the entrance, overall landscaping, the unsightly “guard house” blinds at the gates, and other details around the complex. However, if you want a quiet, enjoyable place to call home—this is a great option!

    I’ve only just moved in so far it’s been great besides the few things wrong with the apartment that have been resolved by maintenance already. I will say the apartment was not cleaned before I was allowed to move in even though the leasing agent said it was cleaned twice.

    Living here for 25 years Bridford Lake has gone through so many changes I love my apartment if other residents would try and keep the outer appearance of where you live decent it would help the community.

    I've been living at Bridford Lake Apartments for almost 5 years. During that time I have seen people come and go, from the office staff to residents. Despite that constant turnover rate, the community has remained the same where im located. It's still fairly quiet at night, parking is manageable and the cleanliness is acceptable. I plan to renew my lease for 1 more year.

    10/10 overall. Would like to have access to the pool, gazebo, & grill areas during non office hours. Gates been having an issue since we’ve moved in but nothing that can’t be fixed.

    I love living here in this area because it is so convenient for me to get wherever I need to go, and the commute to my job is easy for me because of the location of the property. However, in the years that I have stayed here I will say the property is lacking in its upkeep, and the building that I stay in could definitely use some work. I have felt rain drops coming through the roof if I’m walking through the breezeway when it rains, and I think we could use a good power wash. The amount of money ...
    we pay to live here and the upkeep just does not balance out to me. But I love the location so much so it’s a disappointment. Also the pot holes in the parking lot have been an issue because I have seen people “patch” them up, but obviously not well enough because it gets right back messed up within week. May need to hire better people for the job!

    I put in for a washer and dryer one person told me a couple days another said 2 weeks it’s going on a month, no communication about it, I honestly don’t believe they ever put my request in the system, not a good look here it is 4/5/36 going into the 5th week.

    So far the residential experience has been good, of course a few hiccups at the beginning but they straighten out quickly. I enjoy the property, the staff, and the apartment.
