August 1, 2025I love everything about Bridford except the Parking and the Gym. I can never park in front of my home, or at least in the front row, because my neighbors' guests park there. And I understand some mild upgrades were done to the gym, but there are no free weights, and the space has potential for so much more than it is now.Review from Apartments.com

Not what it is advertised
July 4, 2025The grills are dirty and do not work,chairs and tables are dirty and broken missing umbrella,pool is dirty . Streets are full of pot holes,security lights don't work.many dead or dying trees and bushes hasn't been mulched in over 5 years.Side walks are cracked safety issue,bldg need repairs and painting.Many unwanted people come from outside property to use pool causing problems This complex was a Jewel but has gone down hill.The manager tries her best but she needs help.Corporate needs to ...address the issues increase their budget and spend the money to get this place back to where it wasRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 30, 2025I love living here and the quietness of the neighborhood. There is never issues with neighbors or any type of concerns that would make me weary about renewing my lease. I do wish that when I submitted a maintenance request, however, it would be answered a little quicker, but I do understand how large the neighborhood is.Review from Apartments.com

June 16, 2025Overall it is a very nice place to live. I have enjoyed the pool and the neighbors are very friendly. Although the whole neighborhood low-key smells like weed and there have been a few things we just weren't very satisfied with.Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2025Decent apartment floor plans with lots of room. Amenities are non existent or completely outdated and useless, besides the pool. Terrible security, gates never work, no cameras anywhere, and awful lighting at night. Front office are nice but not very helpful. I provided two months notice prior to moving out. I had one month left on the lease, which I was not going to stay at the apartment. I requested to speak with someone to at least pay half of the rent, as I gave the keys back the moth before. ...Was told there was nothing that could be done and no one I could speak with. Stayed at the apartment for 3 years, never missed a payment. Yet, the final month of rent on my lease could not even be negotiated. I was told they would lose money if they cut my lease a month early (clearly see they don’t care about their tenants). Overall would not recommend, unless staying for less than 6 months (if at all that).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
