Great Experience
March 13, 2024I toured Bridford West Apartments with MyAsia and she was phenomenal, to say the least. She is very professional, has a kind and bubbly spirit, is outgoing, and is very knowledgeable about the property. She made my experience one to remember. I would recommend working with her anytime! Do Not Move Here
October 16, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! When I tell you the walls and floors are paper thin please believe me. You hear EVERYTHING. Especially if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. I can hear the vacuum cleaner running, dogs running around and every single footsteps my neighbors make which are loud all day everyday. You can also hear cabinets slam as well. Get you a 3rd floor apartment because you WILL regret staying on the 1st or 2nd floor especially if you have obnoxious neighbors like I do. Some days I dread ...coming home after a long day at work. I regret signing a lease here and I can’t wait for my lease to be up. Amenities are nice and they keep the grounds clean. I also agree with what someone said about people speeding through the parking lot. They do need speed bumps. A lot of people walk their dogs and children and that is not safe at all.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful quiet place to live
March 19, 2023This is my first week here and I must say I love it. Neighbor are very friendly. They say good morning and good afternoon I really like that. I’m enjoying setting up my place and getting unpacked Taylor and Kinsley were a great help. I do have 2 complaints the parking is horrible I get off of work fairly late and several times I had to park on the other side of the building across from me which is a nice walk. My other apt had parking passes and u didn’t have one u had to park outside the gate if ...not u would be towed and or booted.For what we pay parking in front of the build where u live would be great. Also the people/person above me stomps like they weigh 500lbs I’m so tempted to knock and say hey I’m ur new neighbor UNDER u can u walk a little lighter. I mean seriously they stomp so HARD ?. I thought they was coming through the floor one night and it was like 2am. But I guess living in an apt this is what u should expect. My stay here is short im trying to purchase a home. I love it here honestly
June 29, 2022This is my 3rd apartment in Greensboro and I wish I would have rented here the very first time. I never wanna leave lol but I graduate in December so I’ll be heading out after then. The staff is always nice and welcoming when I come into the office, the maintenance man is very nice and does his job. I always see him around the community doing something to ensure that we have the best experience. He’ll always smile and greet you if you run into him. I love how he doesn’t invade privacy like in my ...last place , their guy would knock twice and just come in if you didn’t answer and one time I wasn’t even dressed and I was yelling “give me one second”. In my last place I was badly harassed by my neighbor and it led to me developing ptsd. I have not had an issue with anyone I have ran into living in this community and that means the world to me being a female , college student here without my family. The apartments are definitely worth the price. I love the built in desk and hardwood floors, such a nice touch. I always recommend this community to my friends or coworkers. This is the first place , other than my very first student apartment here, that I feel completely comfortable and safe in. Thank you all for always making sure the grounds are kept and the amenities such as the gym and pool area are kept as well. Thank you so much for giving me a safe and nice place to live with such welcoming people. My ptsd really bothers me some nights but I have never had anything here that triggered it and for that I am beyond appreciative. Poor grounds upkeep
June 27, 2022Honestly, my only gripe with this complex is the grounds upkeep. Dog waste stations aren't changed out or restocked regularly, and they're usually stuffed to the brim/overflowing, and extremely stinky right next to sidewalks and parking areas. In January it took five weeks and multiple emails and calls with other neighbors to get someone out to empty them. It got so bad that full bags were just stacked around the station and a lot of them got blown into the bushes nearby. Additionally, there's ...a lot of litter on the grounds, especially in the two buildings that are detached from the main gated community. I don't know if we were the least favorite child or what. When we moved in the grounds were very nice and tidy, but something changed and it's now just not very pleasant to be outdoors with your dog, especially if you make an effort to pick up after them. I was always stepping in goose poop, traversing around trash, or trying to avoid the strong rotting smell of the waste stations when I went to discard my dog's waste. Otherwise, the apartments themselves are good quality. There's plenty of shelving in the kitchen and the granite countertops are really nice. I always felt pretty safe, even being out at night, and rarely ever hear noise from my neighbors. Maintenance was great and they usually tried their hardest to get out and address any issues we had. The office were always pleasant to talk to, although a bit harder to reach via phone for the last couple of months. I would give this complex 5 stars if the grounds weren't neglected. The management is very professional and friendly, maintenance is prompt, community is safe, amenities are above average and almost all neighbors are nice! Worth every penny
November 25, 2020This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. The team in the front office Tara, Jasmine, and Aaron all helped accommodate my stay I’m so many ways that I am so grateful for. This is a community that truly looks out for one another and makes you feel like home. The apartment itself was spacious with huge closets. It was very homey and the neighbors were all very nice and quiet. It would be a great place for families. I would definitely rent again. August 23, 2020I really enjoy living here. Unlike most apartments in Greensboro, the pictures are a true depiction of what your apartment will look like. Also I feel very safe here since the community is gated and fenced all around. Great community + Super Pet Friendly
January 29, 2020I've lived in Bridford West since December 2018. I've had a great experience so far! The staff in the office are super friendly and host multiple community events per month to help you meet your neighbors and make new friends. They have monthly wine down wine nights that are awesome for socializing. The leasing office staff are so sweet and they greet you by name when you go into the office to get your packages or pay your rent. They know everyone so well that when a non-resident tried to use our ...gym, they recognized he didn't live here and kindly approached him to leave which makes me feel safer knowing that they have the ability to keep our property secure. This apartment complex has felt more like a neighborhood community and we have already made lifelong friends in such a short period. They have the best amenities for dogs and we didn't have one when we moved in but they are THE MOST DOG FRIENDLY APARTMENT COMMUNITY YOU WILL EVER FIND! We just adopted a dog at their adoption fair and we now can use the apartment's dog park and dog washing station. I mean who has a dog washing station?! With that said, residents clean up after their pets well and there are trash cans and bags for dogs to keep everything clean. Valet trash makes it so that you don't have to ever take your trash to the big trash cans. And we love grilling in the gazebo or by the pool. Very pet/tenant friendly!
October 3, 2018I have lived here a little over a week and I have been loving it so far. There is a pet play area, lots of room to walk, and the grounds are kept completely immaculate. The leasing office people are incredibly helpful and kind. We had to move here from out of state and Stephanie/Jeremy made it very easy. The pool is salt water and very relaxing while there are community grills open for use anytime. I live on the ground floor and I had been a little apprehensive about safety, but the community is ...gated and you must have a key fob after the leasing office is closed in order to access the property. The maintenance staff is also wonderful, we put in a request and someone showed up next day to help. As of right now, I am completely satisfied with my experience and if everything goes well during our stay this year, we may even stay for an additional year when our lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Loved this place - best tour in Greensboro
May 30, 2018I toured Bridford West this week both online and then went to their office. By far, the best tour that I;'ve had in my relocation from Raleigh to Greensboro. Beautiful property, key location for a commuter (right off the highway but you really don't feel or hear it!) and the staff were amazing. Stephanie spent a half hour with me going over when I had already toured and was planning on visiting. Gave me great info about the area and even recommended another property to visit. She was super ...sweet and so confident that I would like Bridford - I loved the confidence! Her coworker, Jeremy, gave me great info about restaurants and entertainment places in the local area. The 1 bedroom is a perfect space and I liked the built-in items - really separates from the standard box apartment. I'll be back this weekend to apply! Thank you so much for the great experience. Just ok
April 5, 2018Visited and toured the property because I think it’s in a great location. Convenient to major roads and highways which I love. When touring the apartment seemed nice but a little overpriced for what the apartment itself offers. The granite countertops are nice but the apartment just seemed dirty like it wasn’t clean. The pool looks nice but too early to tell as it’s not open now. The gym was small and needs some work to it. Don’t let the property pictures fool you. The mailboxes are right next to ...the office but there was too much trash outside of the trash can for me. Junk mail I suppose. I did like there is a gate around the property but people weren’t stopping when coming in at the gate and just barreling through the gate area which looks like it could cause an accident if people weren’t paying attention.Property Manager Responded
