Don’t waste your money on app fees
October 22, 2023I want to say this review is not on Melanie she was very sweet professional and helpful. This review is on the property. Long story short was denied because of a repo that had fallen off my credit and a Verizon cell phone bill. Though I have great payment history as well as renters history. Wasted almost 80$ for that. These places are not that great to deny people for the stupidest reasons. Built in the 70s and a little rundown y’all need to rethink your policy on approval. Don’t waste your time ...unless you have great credit like a 625 or higher and no life changing things on your credit you will just be out money. Ridiculous. July 22, 2017I have lived here for about a year again this time and it's just absolutely terrible between the roaches and the bugs/bats they new this apartment had before we moved in also have a 3 page list of stuff that was never fixed and now trying to jack rent up by 10% plus the new bill they are making everyone pay with consent $45 on top of the almost $30 increase on rent this is truly a horrible place to live no one ever live here the people who run this are horrible and try and evict without rhyme or ...reason left and right even when they are in the wrong and the law has even told them that. Thus apartment has been on 2, 6 and 8 numerous time for the failure to maintain livable conditions for us who have to live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not sign a lease
June 21, 2017Management and maintenance are awful. They will not fix anything. Air never works. Heater always has problems. Flooding. Bed bugs and roaches are rampant. Pool is never open. My lease is up soon and I'm so thankful to be getting out of this place.Review from Apartments.com
