Take it to the Bridge!

The management team at the Bridge is top notch. They care first and foremost about the safety and comfort of their residents, while also fostering a great sense of community. The amenities are the best in the city. . . with views of both the waterfront and Center City from the open spaces on the fifth floor and roof deck. Amazing location!

My husband and I moved here in March and we couldn’t love the building and location more! Within walking distance is cherry st pier, the walking/bike trail along the water, fringe’s beer garden, a great produce store, a small dog park, & several great restaurants. There’s also an indego bike rack right outside, a train stop a few blocks away, and a good amount of street parking (with Philly resident pass). The neighborhood has a nice feel to it—much calmer than center city but still nearby ...
everything you need. It’s pretty safe, with the exception of a few stragglers, and the building is locked at all times. As for the building, we absolutely love the two roof options—one with private cabanas for gatherings and another on the fifth floor with beautiful gardens and several grill/picnic table areas. There’s also a gym and a work room that’s got a great view of the bridge. The apartments have big windows with lots of light, high ceilings, and come with all modern appliances. The elevators are quick (which can be a huge problem if you’ve ever experienced it). Also, we love that it’s dog friendly as we have two large dogs. Would definitely recommend living here!

Ideal Location and Great Support Staff

I've lived here now for a number of years and find the building to be perfectly located in an area accessible to some great bars and restaurants but still secluded and "tucked away" enough to provide a more intimate and private experience to residents. Great support staff from the front desk concierges all the way up to the property management team - very responsive and helpful and (most importantly) available when you need assistance. Amenity spaces are especially nice and the outdoor areas ...
provide unique spaces to relax or hold events in the spring, summer, and fall months. Definitely recommend.

Not worth it at all

Building location is bad. There were break ins at the complex. The thermostats have a mind of their own. It is VERY difficult to bring groceries or anything up, since they block off all parking near the building. Finishes of the apartment are not worth the asking price.

Very efficient layout with a bank of 3 elevators resulting in little wait times and ease of access to unit. This was especially critical during the height of the pandemic. Responsive and friendly management team and excellent maintenance personnel. From the 10th floor in the north west corner of the building my view of the city skyline and Delaware river is magnificent.
