If you are considering Bridge at Avery Ranch, know that long-term resident loyalty and basic respect mean nothing to this management team once you sign your lease.
- No Courtesy, Zero Empathy: Management only knows how to quote lease clauses. They won’t give you even a single minute or a courtesy call to move a personal item placed right by your door, they just throw it straight into the dumpster. - Double Standards: They aggressively hide behind lease paperwork to penalize residents, but ignore their own duties. Paid amenities like the Zoom rooms are routinely left filthy with trash, and verbal complaints are ignored. The swimming pool is ALWAYS dirty, no way you can swim there having a toddler.
- Parking Chaos: Enforcement is non-existent. Cars routinely double-park, forcing families to drive in circles while management admits they have no towing solutions.
Management will likely respond by quoting Lease Sections 10 and 12. But no lease section excuses staff mocking a resident or treating families with zero human decency. Look elsewhere.
