I have been a resident of MidTown Commons for over 18 months and have enjoyed living in my apartment. The management is great and promptly responds to any issues. I also have started to look forward to the community events organized and take part in them. The maintenance team is doing an extra-ordinary job. Thank you for all that you do!

Maintenance is great, but the amenities are not always kept clean. Wish the hallways were cleaned more often, the first floor gets a lot debris which gets blown into my doorway.

I've been living at Midtown Commons for 8 months, and it's been a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable – everything I need is just a short walk or drive away. The price is also great, especially considering the quality of the amenities. Speaking of amenities, they are top-notch! Lovely community and amenities. My only complaint would be that it's difficult to have friends and family visit due to not having a reliable guest pass for them to access. This also makes it difficult to order any food deliveries especially when you're disabled and unable to physically walk down to the gate to open it each time. Other than that it's a quiet community with well built units.

I love it here! I’ve called midtown commons home for nearly 8 years and I’m still just as happy as I was day one. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. And the neighborhood is so walkable! I love being able to get just about anywhere in town in 15-20 mins. So proud to be a resident here — cheers to another year of MTC livin’!

While there are still benefits to living here (primarily location), quality has become significantly worse. Most obvious: events used to be community-building, but are now half-effort grab and gos for the most part. One of my favorite parts originally living here was doing things like cooking classes to meet neighbors, but now it’s “grab a tootsie roll from the leasing office today.” Related: 1) what happened to the food trucks? 2) I was assured we’d have the annual Pride event, but without ...

explanation it was replaced with a generic Tiki theme (ending up with maybe a quarter of the turnout of past years, and from speaking to neighbors who identify with the community, resulting in upset about the change). Also, maintenance is much slower; it took over six weeks to fix our elevator and had tickets that were dismissed without resolution. Despite rent prices lowering in Austin, I was charged a good amount more for renewal; only the location kept me from attempting to find a better option
