November 30, 2022For affordable housing, it's pretty luxurious. There were some security issues in the very beginning but that's expected because of where the building is and everything being so new, but as far as I can tell it's been taken care of. Brittany and Tina are quite the dream team, but the other ladies in the office are very pleasant and helpful as well. Eddie (maintenance) is very helpful and a great guy to talk to about the building! Don't take only reviews and location as an answer, come chat and ...tour and get your spot before the new phases open and fill up.Property Manager Responded

Brittany has been nothing short of incredible in helping me apply and secure one of these apartments. This will be my first apartment ever. I'm moving to Austin from Houston and she has made my transition way more seamless. I noticed that a knock against the community was slow response times. They are understaffed right now so, it's understandable that they might not be ...able to get back to you in a timely manner. When my call was unanswered, I drove from Houston to Austin and went into the office to sort everything out. Brittany was there with a couple of other people helping them. They all left the office with smiles on their faces and were clearly grateful to her for assisting them. I patiently waited until it was my turn to talk to her and she answered every question, resolved every problem I had, and helped me submit my application in office. Brittany is a very hard worker, very kind, and very knowledgeable. I used to be a leasing agent so, I'm familiar with the apartment leasing industry. I can understand how hectic it can be when your property is understaffed. Stressful is an understatement but, they're handling it with grace. If you have the patience, it is most definitely worth the wait. The property is brand new and very nice, it's in a pretty nice part of town, it has an in-building parking structure, it has great amenities, it's like a 10 minute drive from downtown Austin, and it is very affordable. I recommend doing what I did and creating your own experience with this property. If I had listened to these comments, I would've lost out on the opportunity to live at this property. After comparing multiple other properties, it became evident very fast that I would not find a better place to live at.
