August 5, 2025I really like it here. It’s quiet it’s peaceful, and secured. My neighbors are great and honest. Staff is friendly. In the heart of downtown Novato. So I’m literally within walking distance from shopping. Public transportation is directly in front of apartment building. Nice lounge, gym and patio. Personal washer & dryer on your patio. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. It’s quite expensive. Roughly about $3900 a month rent/utilities. But I really like it here. The only thing is when I’m ...paying my rent online I only have 3 days to pay it this way. Otherwise I’ll have to mail a check. I would like for online payment options to be open for a longer period of time being that I get paid after the 3rd. Other than that, Bridgecreeck apartments is a place I am proud to call home.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025I love this quiet community that is close to all shopping, restaurants and parks. Target, Ross and Marshalls is only one exit away with additional restaurants like Nick the Greek ,Dave’s Hot Chicken and some Sushi places as well. Safeway and a Ramen places are right across the street, Trader Joe’s is a 3-5 min drive towards downtown. All Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner here and it’s been over a year now. Horrible
February 18, 2025I am done being silent about this complex. People need to know what they’re getting into. This is the most unethical and immoral apartment complex out there. Every year since COVID they have raised rent prices to the maximum allowable by law. They have complete discretion when choosing the rate at which to renew a lease. Additionally, they charge $200 on top of the rent for utilities. They will increase your utilities by $70 and then ignore you when you want an explanation why. I have lived ...here 8 years and it has gotten worse. I pay $3,200 to live here now. When Covid happened it was $2,300. In four years they have raised my rent $1,000 yet I’m still in a run down, non-renovated apartment. But I pay the same amount as people with brand new flooring and utilities. They also tried to charge me $50 a month for a parking spot that for 6 years was always free — this is another attempt to profit off tenants without raising rent. Management is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in any complex. They do not take any complaints seriously. My neighbor above has been harassing me for over a year now. I have reported them practically every week and management did nothing. They threw a ton of paint onto my patio. I had a police officer come out and I filed a report. Yet this complex has done nothing about the harassment. In fact, they illegally attempted to evict me last year on the basis of “noise complaints” from the very people harassing me. I had to get an attorney just to show management that what they were trying to do to me was illegal. Instead of taking my complaints of harassment seriously, they tried to silence me by evicting me. There are so many people living on housing choice vouchers (fka Section 8) who completely destroy this place. While I am paying $3,200 some are paying $500/$600 and taking advantage of their luck at getting housed here. There is so much dog crap outside in the backyard that I can’t even take my dog out there. There is dog crap in the front and the sides of the building as well. My packages are continually stolen from this place. There are cameras throughout the property but management has never done the due diligence to review them for thieves. The place constantly smells like marijuana in the hallways even though they claim it’s on a non-smoking building. Overall it’s a terrible place to live.Property Manager Responded
