      There are so many faults at living at Bridgepointe. First, my toilet still gets plugged 8 times a month. The young man at customer service says “that’s it, only 13 times so far” he has a I don’t care look about him. Secondly, no phone service. I cannot receive a phone call nor make one. Third fire alarm has gone off (usually around 3am) a half dozen times and it cannot be turned off. My parking spot has been given away three times. Nothing like coming home to find another car in your spot. ...

      I’ve seen random people arriving on a car and headed to the pool. The far gates in 2201 are not opening, if the other gate is open. It’s been too much crime in the package room / garage lately. A better security system is required.

      Bridgepointe used to feel welcoming. Now it’s just how many units we can fill. New manager first time I met her said she is a number cruncher and doesn’t make you feel welcome at all. It’s very sad when a rental property do t care about the tenants. They also use pesticides on the grass which is very toxic to animals.

      The location is convenient, but otherwise it’s not worth the money I’m paying. There have been multiple thefts over the past few months, and my package was actually stolen. Yet they imposed an 8.8% rent increase in the renewal offer, which is the maximum increase allowed this year based on inflation.

      The location and floorplans are great, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, almost everything else has declined since I moved in. The amenities are outdated, the property still uses an inefficient boiler hot water system, and package room and vehicle break-ins have become recurring issues. Deliveries are also difficult because of ongoing gate and access problems. Billing is another major issue. Management uses multiple resident-facing platforms that often show different ...
      charges and balances. Errors are corrected only in internal ledgers residents cannot access, making accurate recordkeeping difficult. Communication has also declined. Residents do not always receive proper notice about service interruptions, fee changes, policy changes, or community matters. Questions are often met with deflection instead of clear answers. In less than four years, this property has gone through five managers and multiple leasing teams. The constant turnover shows.

      Thank you for reaching out. The location is perfect! Since a resident chose to break into the package room, we have since changed the lock etc. I have not heard of a break in since Jan, please let me know if you are having issues in that area. Same with the gate in building 2205, a resident hit it with their car, during that time we hired standing security patrol until the new gate was fabricated and installed. We have been sending out emails very often to keep all informed of inspections, policies that are now being enfaced, events etc. A new manager was brought on in Nov 2025, there will now be consistency, and all policies are finally getting enforced. I'm happy you have renewed for so many years, you clearly love living at Bridgepointe and we hope that continues.

      Not a very good 1/2 year thus far. 1. My toilet has plugged up over a dozen times. Three times I had to go to the Hilton hotel in order to use the restroom. 2. No cell service. I have my daughter with me on occasions. She had a fever of 101 and I couldn’t call anyone. The cell phone cannot be used to call in or out. 3. Super cold. My apartment can be between 3 to 10 degrees colder. I usually have to wear a sweater when at home. Location is fantastic however the negatives ...
