October 29, 2025We love Bridgepointe, the new manager has made a lot of improvements with communication and fixing many ongoing problems. The gates have finally been fixed and amenities always improving. The area is great for shopping and you can walk many places.Review from Apartments.com

September 6, 2025I've had a generally positive experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, and most of the amenities are well-kept. Some aspects could benefit from additional attention, like possibly with increased frequency of pest control. Maintenance requests are typically handled in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

July 19, 2025I signed my lease in March 2023 and believed I had renewed it in 2024. Without explanation, I was placed on a month-to-month plan. In April 2025, I noticed no renewal notice had been sent, so I visited the leasing office and was told no action was needed. Later, I found a 12-month renewal notice on my door, ending in July—peak rental season. I requested an 8-month lease to match my previous March end date. I followed every instruction, submitted all documents, and communicated promptly. Despite ...this, I received no timely responses, and my request was denied without reason. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect shown throughout this process. As a responsible tenant, I expected better. This experience has left me feeling disregarded and frustrated.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025I was happy to find a very nice apartment! On the day I came to get my keys, the system had my incorrect day but the gal found the error and went by the lease. I was able to get my keys but the gal left it at that and did not take me to my apartment, did not offer to show me around, I did not know where my parking space was nor my mailbox. I had to ask her to help me, which she did but find it odd that I had to ask. After moving in I noticed the bricks on the patio needed cleaning, there are a ...couple of large black stains, I called to ask them to place a work order but after a week did not hear anything and the stains remained. I was there about a week and had packages arrive but could not locate them, two were left but never found and others had photos but I still did not find them. When I told the gal in the office she asked if I had downloaded the package concierge, which I was not aware of, and then next thing I know, I found some of the packages that were in the locker.Property Manager Responded
