Unsafe for pets and mindful wellbeing
August 12, 2025Avoid at All Costs – Especially if You Value Peace, Health, Pet wellbeing or Basic Communication I’ve lived here long enough to say this is THE worst rental experiences I’ve had. Management is impossible to reach. I’ve called and visited the leasing office countless times, and more often than not, no one is there or they just don’t respond. It feels like they intentionally avoid tenants. Despite keeping my apartment clean, my indoor cat got fleas and worms for the first time ever while living ...here. I reported the pest issue immediately and never got a response—completely ignored. The laundry situation is a joke. You’ll be lucky if two machines are working at the same time. And forget about quiet—this place is under the flight path for the airport, and the constant noise is brutal. To top it all off, they’ve successfully scammed me with their shady “60-day lease termination notice” policy (at which I let them know BEFORE 60days, thinking that would suffice). Instead the policy has to be met EXACTLY at 60days, on top of that they only notify you after the 60-day mark has passed—just to milk you for extra rent. It’s sneaky and predatory. I’m a full-time medical student recovering from cancer treatment, and this apartment complex has been my biggest source of stress—not school, not my health, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. January 14, 2024Not much to say really. They didn’t get rid of a neighbor that they promised wasn’t going to be here much longer when I was being harassed by said neighbor. I have been here 4 years and no upgrades to apartment but rent continues to increase every year. I have requested someone to resurface my tub 3 years ago and it was never done. I advised my patio door does not lock over a year ago and nothing done about it. I quit putting in maintenance tickets because nothin is ever done for me.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2023Since moving here, we have smelled sewage through the air ducts. They attempted twice to fix it but to no avail and management has not reached out to give any updates or showed any concern about the situation. The water has also been shut off every month for maintenance issues which has been annoying. Other than that, the apartments are okay, but maybe this wasn't the right time to move here.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2023The people in the office are very kind. Not everything runs smoothly but I've come to expect that from large apartment complexes in Texas. Sometimes things you want fixed are just painted over. Overall it is a pretty community and they constantly have activities for the residents to show up to. November 23, 2023I do love the price for our two bedroom, two bath, and balcony. It’s appropriate for a Texas apartment. I’ve had a problem with roaches since the day moving in. The first 6 months, just traps were being set. I had to ask for an actual spray to be done. I think one more spray will help. Upon moving in, there was no urgency to help us like put our blinds up. To add, we were missing drip pans for our stove and had to purchase new ones because no one still ever brought us any. Paint is rushed. It ...peels super easily. Vents are dirty and curded from never being clean. Apartment wasn’t even cleaned before we moved in. We cleaned and wiped everything down ourselves. Screens are cheap to buy. Least they could have done was put new ones up. Ours have tears. The neighbors leave their trash on the breezeway making it filthy and unappealing. Lastly, I wish I would’ve looked before moving in. I don’t expect my deposit back because I already know they’ll say we dirtied and ran down the apartment.Property Manager Responded
