In less than a year my apartment has been flooded twice, someone was shot by my front door, have been without water on multiple occasions, including last week for 3 days! Couldn’t flush toilets, couldn’t bathe, couldn’t do dishes. Place was unlivable and office refused to reimburse hotel costs or discount that months rent. There is trash everywhere from overflowing dumpsters, neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. Not uncommon to be woken up at 3am to loud music. Bottom line, this place is unsafe, ...
staff is horrible, and there is no reason anyone should have to live this way in a first world country.
