Avoid this disgusting place!
September 5, 2021In less than a year my apartment has been flooded twice, someone was shot by my front door, have been without water on multiple occasions, including last week for 3 days! Couldn’t flush toilets, couldn’t bathe, couldn’t do dishes. Place was unlivable and office refused to reimburse hotel costs or discount that months rent. There is trash everywhere from overflowing dumpsters, neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. Not uncommon to be woken up at 3am to loud music. Bottom line, this place is unsafe, ...staff is horrible, and there is no reason anyone should have to live this way in a first world country.Property Manager Responded

It was okay but Management and Laundry Facility needs some improvement.
May 31, 2021So- I used to live there with my boyfriend @ the time. Granted, we got lucky to even get this place. The apartment was beautiful. The only problems I would have is the toilet was constantly broken and they kept getting manitance to "fix" it but it really just made things worse. I will now start looking for places with w/d in unit because the laundry facility was d i s g u s t i n g and was always broken in some shape or form. Sadly lost the place during the whole pandemic so I can't really blame ...them for what they had to do but how they handled it was so immature and rude. Would I recommend this place? Probably not. Will I forget all the good times I had there? Nah, for my first appartment, I loved it all the same.Property Manager Responded

Do not believe anything
September 19, 2018This place is a dump! Ever since new owners took over NOTHING is the same!!! The laundry facilities are disgusting......DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND there is so much trash everywhere. I had to call them about the grass not being cut for 3 weeks!!! It was like a jungle. THEN they increased rent by more than $100 for the same CRAPY apartment. All staff including maintenance and security were so much more pleasant and responsive until the new ownership. They flip apartments FAST so they can make ...them look great temporaryily so be warned!! The same pile of trash has been on the ground in front of my patio for a week now. The only person that is still there is Mary in the front office, who has been there for a really long time, she is nice however things are not in her control. There used to be so much community involvement. This company is bringing this apartment complex to it's grave saddly. So sad. I am a very respectful Tennant and they choose to not care what I have to say, so it people like me, they turn away which brings in the ones who make this place disgusting. Again....THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. And I'll let you know that this review is not just from one thing that made me upset, I'm not the only one and this has been going on since the new ownership. So take it from someone who reads customer reviews a lot and make sure others are warned beforehand.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2015I have a 2 bedroom 2 Baths Apartment. Great setup, when I moved in it was completed renovated. All new appliances, including, dish washer and washer and dryer. I love it. My problem is, I chose a ground floor unit, and there is an un- disciplined kid above who runs everywhere and stomps directly over my head all day and night when he is in the house. His parents never says anything. There doesn't seem to be any or very little insulation between the floors.Review from Apartments.com
