The event planners, Lindsey and Claire, do an incredible job fostering an inclusive community and helping everyone connect with their neighbors. It’s also the perfect place for pets and is located in one of the best spots in Charleston, so close to downtown, yet removed from the heavy traffic that comes with Mount Pleasant. August 27, 2025Good location and apartments. But can be misleading about the apartments. The show apartment is much nicer than the actual units. June 13, 2025Our floor plan is incredibly spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment which we're very happy about and everything is really functionable in the unit. The grounds are so beautiful and the amount of grass around the complex really makes it feel like you have a yard. The amenities are all top notch and people seem to be very friendly. There is a good bit of noise from our upstairs neighbor who either walks very heavily or there just isn't a lot of insulation. A lot of dogs are off leash which is great ...unless you have a dog that doesn't like dogs running up to them and getting in their face.Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2025I love my apartment, the office staff and maintenance are great. Also the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Everything I need is nearby and it is very quiet and the dog owners take great care of their pets on leashes and sit on command.Property Manager Responded
