We have rented this apartment by seeing hi ratting and interestingly low price. Bridgeview apartments in Madera is located near the bus station, shopping center, restaurant, and college. So, we have picked this as our family rental for the long-term stay. We happily stayed here for 3 years without any hassle. Because the owner was very polite and responds fast on any inquiry and he gets steps fast for a solution. This is the best traction of staying here for long months. Really good family stay ...

If you want to spend your living in a clean, cozy and comfortable apartment, this is the one you should choose. We had an amazing experience, the first time in Madera and it just couldn't get better!

I have been living here for about five years. Overall my experience has been great!
The property is in a convenient location. It is close to gas stations, stores and the highways. I can get to work within 7 minutes since Madera is quite small! The property is well maintained. The property is always clean and they just redid the parking lot. Everything looks nice!
The Staff at the office is responsive. They get back to you on work orders very quickly! Usually my work orders got fixed ...
within 24 hours or less. This is great as I lived in some complexes and it took forever.
I felt very safe at the complex. I believe they changed over management a couple years ago. The new manager lives onsite and does a great job enforcing the rules.
In the summertime, my kids have a fun time at the pool. It gets so hot in Madera!

Wonderful long term stay! We found the Apartment without any problems. Like many say, the Apartment was better than the pictures convey. It was so spacious and was perfectly set up for our family.
They are welcoming and thoughtful, giving attention to every detail. We all loved the pool, it is certainly a great feature. It is a lovely place to Balcony in the afternoon.

My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed in the Bridgeview Apartment for 1 years, and we absolutely loved the place. It was cold outside, unusually so, but we were warm inside.
The house had plenty of room and good appliances...refrigerator, washer and dryer, TV, and a dishwasher. Great location too! The landlords were helpful and friendly.

Wonderful place to stay in a great location. We stayed here for 1 year. Very pleasantly surprised, the apartment was really beautiful!! It was quiet and peaceful. Beds comfortable enough. Fully equipped kitchen everything you needed. The pool was great also. The staff Mario was very helpful and answered our many questions. Apartments are reasonably priced.
I really cannot fault this apartment at all and thoroughly recommend it.
