They were so nice and respectful so I tell everyone if you wont some where nice to stay and people that make you feel at home and like family please move to Bridgewater. The apartments are very large and the property is quite and so clean! The people living here are friendly and the office personnel make you feel like you already live here. September 6, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comPlease Don't Be Fooled !!! They promise you the world to bait you in. They promise you amenities they can't deliver on. We were suppose to have a unit with a garden tub and fireplace but after signing our lease and being escorted to our unit we found out that it did not have one. After we complained and asked if we could switch to a unit that had these amenities we were told we had to pay a $500 transfer fee. The property manager did bring the transfer fees down to $250 but still informed us ...that a unit with a fireplace and garden tub does not exist in their community. You either get one or the other. You can pay for a garage but they fail to explain that your assigned garage maybe at the back of the community. No matter how clean you keep your apartment ROACHES will still take over your apartment. Almost half of the residents have the same complaint. Who pays to live with bugs The Pool is only serviced once a week. That means you will be swimming with whatever happens to fall in or is left behind. This will include but not limited to used condoms, bugs, flies ect. When we asked to use the grill we were told we had to pay a $100 deposit. They lock the door to the gym when they leave so unless you are home before 6 you will not be able to access the gym. The lake is disgusting!!! A formal complaint has been made still waiting on a response. I won't hold my breath though... Once you sign your lease it's like the office could careless. They say any and everything just to get you out of their office. It appears to be the same way with corporate. I called last week for the 30th time and finally was able to make a formal complaint. Was told he would check availability and get back with me on a transfer by the close of business. That was Wednesday August 31, I'm still waiting for that call back.
