Pest control is also lacking—preventative services are not performed regularly, and I am currently dealing with ants in the unit. The leasing process was also problematic. I was not allowed to view the unit before moving in, and key details—like the lack of an oven—were not disclosed. I’ve also been told that some tenants may receive different appliances depending on housing status, which raises concerns and has not been clearly explained. There has been poor communication from management overall, including no formal notice of recent management changes. Fees for amenities, pets, and parking feel excessive given the condition of the property, and visitor parking is very limited. The only positive aspect is the maintenance team—they are professional, responsive, and do a good job with repairs, snow removal, and general upkeep. Overall, between the lack of transparency, poor maintenance of amenities, unit deficiencies, and high fees, this has been a frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
