January 30, 2023You wait a very long time to get maintenance to fix anything unless it's a total emergency!! The office will tell you they'll put you on a work order list but then you don't hear back from them..most ppl buy bottled water because of all the floating things you see.. go elsewhere if you can.. they allow ppl to junk up their patios and decks which makes it look trashy..cops are here CONSTANTLYReview from Apartments.com

Needs TLC...
August 13, 2015It has a lot of riffraff's and kids are always in the middle of the streets playing. It would be nice for every apartment to be able to have 'NEW' appliances that are 10-years old, cabinets that don't look dingy and every few years get apartments painted for free, and keep it fresh and new. Also, it would be a great idea to have security in the evenings and day time. Also, smoke free buildings would be great!Review from Apartments.com
