March 11, 2018Amazing transformation! I lived here 10 years ago and was skeptical when I seen the ads of the renovated units until I went and visited and WOW how they have changed! They didn't have any 3 bedrooms which I needed and am on the waiting list. Can't wait to move in. New management has really stepped up and made a huge difference from what they use to be. The manager was really helpful and sweet. Only downside is they still don't have washer and dryer hookups in the apartments but for what they ...offer and the price it's worth it. Nice apartment and affordable for the area
November 30, 2017Me and my roommate just rented a two bedroom an we love it! The manager was so nice and helpful and accommodated all of our needs. Best part was we got our first month free with the special they were running. They don't have a washer/dryer connection which was a little disappointing but at least they have laundry on site which makes it better than going to the laundry mat. November 29, 2017I went to the complex today to view one of the new remodeled apartments and I have to say I love everything about it especially the color scheme! I was a little skeptical considering the reputation as property used to have but the new owners have done a lot of good things for the place. November 9, 2017Ms. Rhodes has been a big help in the search for an apartment. I was able to see some of the upgrades that have been completed and I am very excited to begin the process. The galley kitchen is just the perfect size for me as it is just two of us. I feel that the deposit is a bit much, but I have to have my puppy. False advertisement of apartments
June 4, 2017My mom lives here. The apartments are not as they are listed on here. The pictures of living rooms is not the real pictures. The units are run down, there's water leaks. Her apartment has never been updated since built. There's an infestation of bed bugs and water bugs. They haven't sprayed for insects. There's water leaks never have been fixed and the parking lot is suppose to be paved,but it hasn't been fixed because of the leaking. The only change they have made to the units since they ...recently acquired the property, is change the name and sign at the enterance. They won't answer the phone for any renters. They are not available in the office when renters need to pay rent. This place needs to be condeemed. The owners are not being truthful in this advertisement. They are raising the rent and people that live there, are wanting to move out,due to the current conditions.Property Manager Responded

Recently our manager and maintenance unexpectedly left this property, so we have another manager filling in for her until we can find a permanent replacement. Please contact Terri Rhodes at management@bristolsquaretn.com directly to resolve any immediate concerns you have. As far the upgrades go, we are updating interiors, flooring, doing asphalt repair. The pictures/rendering on our site are upgrades that we are doing with all vacant units, and upgrading as we go.
