Has changed for the worse in 1.5 years
November 19, 2024I’ve lived here a couple years now, and things have changed a lot. The office/managers are rather unresponsive to emails and concerns that have been brought up. Management company changed hands earlier this year and that is really when issues began. Now since renewing, extra fees are now being charged that are not in our lease and we did not agree to, which i don't think is legal. December 6, 2023I’ve lived here for about 9 months and it’s been a pretty nice experience overall. Every trouble call/work order I had was attended to; however, there were instances of rework. Management is readily available and eager to assist with any concern. The community is kept clean and there are many opportunities for community involvement. Parking has never been an issue, and the amenities are nice as well. I do wish there were more machines in the gym, but what they have is still good.Review from Apartments.com

November 16, 2023I feel so relaxed at Bridgewater. Everyone from the leasing office workers to the maintenance team are super friendly. I have no complaints so far of living here for 8 months.
